Pictures: SMG on the set of "Revolver"

Oh, no! Brown hair? I love her blonde hair!

Those were amazing pictures, and I would be floored if I were the one to meet her. That person must still be reeling!

She looks really happy. (But, then again, when doesn't she look happy?)

she looks great, but whats the movie about?

LOS ANGELES, March 10th, 2005 - Production began this week in Austin, Texas on Rogue Pictures' untitled supernatural thriller starring Sarah Michelle Gellar (The Grudge, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and directed by Asif Kapadia (The Warrior). Aaron Ryder and Jeffrey Silver are producing the film. In addition to domestic distribution through its Rogue banner, Focus Features is handling international sales. Focus co-presidents David Linde and James Schamus made the announcement today.

Joining Ms. Gellar in the feature are Kate Beahan (the upcoming Flight Plan), J.C. MacKenzie (Dark Angel), Australian actor Peter O'Brien, Adam Scott (The Aviator), and Sam Shepard (soon to be seen in Stealth). Written by Adam Sussman, the film is being co-produced by Ron Schmidt. Focus executive vice president, production Amy Kaufman and vice president, production Kahli Small are overseeing the project for the company's president of production, John Lyons.

Ms. Gellar stars as Joanna Mills, a tough young Midwesterner determined to learn the truth behind the increasingly terrifying supernatural visions that have been haunting her. Joanna has made a successful career for herself, as sales representative for a trucking company. But her private life has been difficult; estranged from her father (Mr. Shepard), stalked by an obsessed ex-boyfriend (Mr. Scott), and with few friends, Joanna fears that she is losing control. She sees and feels the brutal murder of a young woman she's never met, at the hands of a heartless killer - a man who appears to be making Joanna his next target. Determined to fight back, Joanna is guided by her nightmares to the murdered woman's hometown. Once there, she will discover that some secrets can't be buried; some spirits never die; and that the murder she is trying to solve may be her own.

Mr. Linde and Mr. Schamus commented, "Being able to help put a visionary director like Asif Kapadia together with a true star like Sarah Michelle Gellar is what makes our job so gratifying. This team will make a terrifyingly great movie."

Mr. Kapadia's first feature, The Warrior, was nominated for three BAFTA Awards, winning two: the Alexander Korda Award for Outstanding British Film of the Year, and the Carl Foreman Award for Special Achievement by a Director, Screenwriter, or Producer in a first feature. The director has also made short films and documentaries.

Mr. Ryder has been a producer on Memento, Donnie Darko, The Mexican, and, most recently, The Moguls. Mr. Silver last produced Rogue's Assault on Precinct 13, as well as this summer's Mindhunters and the Academy Award-winning Training Day.

Focus Features is a motion picture production, financing, and worldwide distribution company committed to bringing moviegoers the most original stories from the world's most innovative filmmakers.

and

SMG: I'm working with Asif Kapadia right now who directed »The Warrior«.

You're"¦ and what is that?
Umm"¦ it's getting this"¦ it's so hard, I'm so bad at describing them
before you actually have like really gotten into them, it's"¦it's sort of
on the idea of true love and what happens when a love is taken away
and it"¦ can it transcend, I mean, does that continue, do you find that
person? He's really"¦what I find interesting about him is the worlds he
creates, he's about very"¦ open space, it's very vast, it's very empty where
Richard Kelly is so full of everything I mean I love the idea of sort of"¦

Cluttered.
Yeah it's really as opposite as opposite can be are the two.
For you, as an actress, you know working with all these people

I love the brown hair! She is just amazing.

Thanks for posting, and telling us what the movie is about, because I didn't know.

From far away she kinda looks like Eliza with those brown locks 😛.

Must say I'm not too keen on the brown myself even though one would think with it being close to her natural colour that it would look better. :confused5

:love08: She looks gorgeous! I miss her blonde hair, but hey, she can't look like Buffy forever! Thanks for posting this! Great topic!
