Planning a holiday need some advice.

Im planning on going away for 4-5days for my birthday next month with my girlfriend. So wants to go camping in the lake district and I just wondered if anyone could reccomend any nice places to stop and any fun actitives and maybe useful things to bring never really camped before.
 
S'mores! S'mores are the best part of camping. And don't forget the lighter fluid--it's practically impossible to keep a fire going without it.
 
Whatever you do, don't forget a torch! I forgot to take a torch when I went camping one time - bad idea. :biggrin:
 
Don't forget some extra wick for you lamp! I learned the hard way.

Activities? Do you know where you're going exactly? If you stay in a seaside village or town there will be loads to do...plus the beach is always romantic.

Erm my dad has suggested Limefitt Park, he said it was great there.
