Giles ~ at home

::He looked, and from the drawer pulled his notebook.::

Oz: "Ah, thank you."

::He smiled and opened his notebook and glanced over his brief notes on the little bit they knew of this 'The Powers' thing that had seemed to identify Buffy, Willow, Xander, and himself as targets, of what exactly he was still working on.::
 
Faith ~ Giles'

All: "Okay, so what's the next step? Who do we fight?"

::She asked, starting to feel the urge to burn some energy again.::


Giles ~ at home

Faith: "Well, before we fight anything we must find out more about what we are fighting."

::He looked at everyone, knowing he would probably get a room of grones.::

All: "I believe today must be a day of research. We must see what we can find about these powers, that for whatever reasons are targeting us as a group."

::He looked particularly at Xander, Buffy, and Willow.::
 
Xander -- at Giles' house

:: grimaces at the thought of more research, and makes his disdain clear on his face ::

(I realize this is important...but shouldn't I be out helping in a different way? I'm a man. And a manly one at that. I should be out doing a manly job. Not research.)

:: glances at Buffy, then Faith, and sighs ::

(I suppose I couldn't be too manly when compared to them. Research it is.)

Giles: "So any clue on where to start?"
 
Willow~Giles' house

Giles:"Me and Tara can run to the magic box real quick and get the stuff we need then start on the protection spells..."

:: She smiled at Giles then at Oz.::
 
Oz- Giles' Place

:: Smiles at Willow ::

Willow: "Okay, and me and Xander will stay here and do the-"

:: Faces Xander and sees the disappointment in his face ::

Xander: "Go make sure my cage is secured?"

(Got to feel sorry for him, he is always doing research)
 
Willow~Giles' house

Oz:"We can stop by the cage after we do the protection spells and before it gets dark If you want us too."

:: Willow looked to Tara ::

Tara:"Do we have anything at all for the protection spells?"
 
Giles ~ at home

All: "Those are both good starts, we'll want to be sure Oz is safe tonight, and I don't believe we have all we need for the spells. I have some basics, you can have a look Willow."

::Giles went to the book shelf and pulled out a few books.::

All: "Based on the little we know, I'd say we start some looking based on the few items we know. I'd like to try and learn more about the Power of Five."

::He glanced at Faith.::

Faith: "I don't suppose you're willing to help with research."


Faith

Giles: "Research, not really my thing. I dropped out of high school cause I couldn't take studing, so I think I'll pass on that, but thanks."

::She stands up, not willing to be pulled so far into the 'Scoobie' way of life as to take up reading old books that she'd rather use to throw at someone.::
 
Tara ~ Giles' House

::casts a sympathetic look at Xander::

Willow: ummm im not sure

::hears Giles say that he may have the basics::

Willow: well, umm, if Giles doesnt have anything we can, umm, always pick them up, and its not a bad idea to use fresh ingredients i guess
 
Giles ~ at home

::Giles nods at Faith, not feeling the need to push her, he was just glad she wasn't impeeding their progress. He took a look around his supply cabinet and jotted some stuff down.::

Tara & Willow: "I am low on a lot of things. I'm desperatly low or out of these things. And anything else you think would be helpful, go ahead and get."

::He handed them the little list he'd made.::
 
Willow~Giles' place

::Willow smiled at Tara then looked over to Giles...

Giles:"Ok we'll go get them now and get started on it....We'll be back later Giles unless you need to talk to us about anything before we leave?"
 
Giles ~ at home

Willow: "No, nothing else right now. I have some more research to do before I express any theorys. Go ahead to the magic shop."

::He then looked to Oz and Xander.::

Xander & Oz: "You guys may want to make sure Oz's cage will be secure for tonight, and if not, get what you need to reenforce it before nightfall."
 
Oz- Giles' House

::He nods at Giles' suggestion::

Willow: "I'll see you later then."

::He kisses Willow for a bit then stands up and walks over to Xander::

Xander: "Ready?"
 
Anya ~ Giles

Everyone: "Magic Box is all secure, unless Jaws comes to Sunnydale and bites through the lock. So guys ... what have I missed?!?! Would fast obnoxious sex be possible with my poodle pick?!?!
 
Oz- Giles' Place

Anya: "Looks like I've got your...poodle pick."

::He looks confused and slightly disgusted::
 
Tara ~ Giles' Place

Willow: Yep, I'm ready

::grabs her things and walks towards the door::

All: b,b,bye guys

::tucks a strand of hair behind her ear and looks to Willow with a smile::
 
Willow~Giles' apartment

:: Willow smiles at Oz agian then moves toward Tara ::

Giles:"We'll be back soon.."

:: She smiled, Opened the door and walked out waiting for Tara to follow ::
 
Buffy- Giles'

:: Buffy rose her hand to tuck a loose strand of her golden hair behind her ear, her eyes shifting from each of her friends, and to Faith. She wasn't in the mood for research, but she could tell that it was an important. Sighing The Slayer sat down on the edge of the table, looking over at Giles with her eyebrows raised ::

Giles: " So, What do we know about this Power thingy? Other then that it involves us and the end of the world "

:: She sighed, rolling her eyes at her own words ::

End of the World, So over rated

:: Buffy shook her head, snapping back to reality and trailing her beautiful eyes back up towards her Watcher. Not needing to look over at Faith to know she was gonna try and bail soon, she still didn't trust her, and she doubted she ever would ::
