Playstation 5

In my subscription page on YouTube, I saw Angry Joe streaming live the pre-release of PS5. I avoided it because I know I probably won't be able to afford the PS5 for a long time, and I don't want to join the hype. lol

I really loved my PS4 though. Even though the games weren't as mind-blowing as revolutionary as I initially expected, they were still my kind of unconventional games that weren't just another mindless shooter or action game like those of XBox; they were more focused on storytelling and player choices like Detroit: Become Human and Spider-Man.

I don't know. Once I get the money, and if the line-up is good enough, I might try and buy it, but my financial situation's not looking up yet.

Natch I'm excited but in no hurry to purchase . I do really want a 4K player ..so there's 150 quids worth of value right there ..but I'm cautious .

I speak fluent console , been at it since NES (first 'true console' in my opinion) . That design screams that it runs hot to me . I want to see how the early models perform in the real world , hear the fans etc . I really don't want a 500 pound dust collector . I don't want to have to learn to strip and service yet another poorly designed tamperproof machine . Still recovering from XBOX 360 😀

Another thing is I've got thousands of hours of booty on PS4 . Not willing to give up my online empires just yet .

Also I ve barely scratched the surface of this generation of software . Been so engrossed with online , there are literally thousands of hours of gilt edged PS4 software out there to enjoy for next to nothing .

I have a Switch and have already finished the Spiderman game for the PS4, will be skipping this one.

Epic fail:
Basically, Sony told folks that there'll definitely be a notice beforehand when pre-orders of PS5 will begin. Sony literally told video game journalist Geoff Knightley over an interview back in July that people won't have to worry about pre-ordering at the last minute.

Then people were forced to pre-order at the last minute. In September.

And now there's chaos in the streets (of Twitter), with people asking each other, "Hey, did you get to pre-order PS5 early?"

So it's here at last, that famous thing the PS-5. Or for those who need better reading glasses the PS-S. I hope that the first strategy game available on PS-5 is PSS in Boots.

Well, of course I want one. But I will probably not be super fussed if I can't get one until there are games I want being released on it. Probably if the next Assassin's Creed was PS5, I would get one. But I'm not going to wait for it to come out on PS5, so I will probably wait. I have so many games in my Playstation Plus queue to play, I don't really feel rushed.
