Well, Angel and Spike's real names are Liam and William, respectively. I'm not sure if the show ever mentioned what any of their surnames were. If so, it was probably during the fashback scenes.

Darla definately had a different name, as The Master gave her the name Darla when he vamped her. In s2 of Angel (when she is human and has a soul) she talks about how her old name doesn't matter because she isn't that person anymore, and she is not Darla anymore either. But she doesn't say what her original name actually was 🙁

Actually, there's some Angel episode when Darla's human and she knows she's terminally ill where she says even she doesn't remember her real name. Sooo... we're probably not gonna find out. Hey, maybe you could just make one up! 🙂 But first you should probably check and find out what kind of names fit her time period.
