Podcast Partner

I drive A LOT for work and as a result I end up listening to a lot of podcasts. I would love to give it a go but I need the right partner to do so. Let me know if you...

- have a good, but slightly bizarre, sense of humour
- are over 18 (sorry, but this relates directly to...)
- enjoy responsibly drinking alcohol (I am working on booze matching episodes/podcasts)
- can work around awkward time zones (I live in Perth)
- don't mind me chatting about the clothes they're wearing (edit - uhhh... the characters, not you personally... woops)

Nuts is precisely what I want. Precisely because all the 'fan' podcasts are repetitive, overly polite, and with nowhere near as much knowledge as I have anyway. I'll keep you posted when I get it sorted.

Time zones are the hardest thing to work around. Even @Taake and I have issues and she's +1 hour! 😀

Oh, forgot to mention, probably time zone won't be the biggest problem, I have no job or school or anything keeping me away from home, so turning around my days to work in the podcast would be little to no problem whatsoever. The only issue for the future would be if I actually get a life, lol.

Sounds fun, I have a favorite podcast which combines wine and crime, my favorite things! So this sounds like it could be superfun.

Glaswegian isn't too bad.....Years ago someone I worked with was from Greenoch & I had to translate for him down here.......
As long as he slowed it down a bit. You just had to filter out all the F-bombs & take the 'so it is' off the end & you were left with something understandable-ish.....😉
It's Geordie I've never been able to fathom out, they tend to leave out all the vowels.....and most of the other letters too...... 😵

As for the Podcast.........sounds like the sort of thing I would listen to.... 🙂

I don't have a laptop at the moment, so I've been using my phone for everything. Luckily there's a chance my brother will give me his old one.

I'm totally interested in this! Especially when you mentioned booze and bizarre humour...this sounds like fun. 😀 Are we talking about Angel too? ♡♡♡
