We know of a vampire.
He's got a soul.
It's really not normal,
But that's how he rolls.
It's easy to say
That redemption he seeks.
We all saw his story
Over one-episode weeks.
Five seasons and even some comic books, too
Are enough to show that he's a champion true.
Four soldiers down and a whole lot of grief.
Made our hero turn over many a new leaf.
His family dead, though by his own hands.
At his side his faithful company stands.
He's shown at all times to be strong and so tough, he
Had way a better show than his ex-girlfriend Buffy.

this poem is entitled

requiem for pylea

you slay me
filet me
i bow down at your feat
yet heroes are made not born they say
for forgive if if I don't stay

there was a time in a land far far away
where cows were human and dragans delayed
where a girl pretended she was ok
but she was locked in a cave full of fear and
things dear to her were no longer there.

the dark knight came on this steed and said
"Fred my darling, come with me
the monster inside of me isn't who i am
yet im a champion of man
i will take you away to another place
where there is no sense of place
just demons and angels and vampires
that we fight
because we might
someday win

the battle forged to save the world came with a price
for fred was nice
and we miss her so

*sigh* I'm not a writer, and even less a poet, but I tried writing something anyway, out of fan spirit. Hope it's not too bad...


An awesome new show was born in '99,
Never before had I seen a programme so fine!
Gazillions of times have I seen it by now,
Endless rewatches I never decline.
Let's go watch some Angel - I love that show!
