Pointys become grandparents for the fourth time!

Still no news on the name front but Mrs P and I finally got to meet Baby X today...good news was that he is out of the ICU as he no longer needs the extra oxygen and mum and boy should be going home tomorrow (all being well). I have suspicions that mum and dad know X's name but are holding back in order to wind up a certain nurse who has been winding up mum 🙂 Best received name suggestion so far seems to be Rincewind (non-Pratchett fans better get Googling) but I think that may be a ploy to wind up the aforementioned nurse even more 🙂 Being a grandad is great btw🙂

Edit - The latest news is that the baby will be named Bruce...however, Mrs P and I are taking this with a pinch of salt, as it is a suggestion from big brother Saul, aged 5, who has been watching an awful lot of the 60s Batman shows of late, plus dad has been winding Mrs P up about that name as he knows she doesn't like it...watch this space 🙂

Further edit (bloody automerge! It's not a double post!) - It's official. Baby X will be henceforward known as Cain Richard...I preferred Baby X...it just had that air of mystery.

I liked baby X a lot too.... but I guess he won't become an CIA agent then.... hehe... congrats again for the little Cain! Oh and Richard is like the king right? I don't remember what it's from though? Richard coeur de lion (lion's heart).. and he was a kind king too... that's so cool 🙂
