Okay, so I posted this in another thread and thought I should start a separate one.

Yay! Pokemon fans! That makes me happy!
Okay, this is off-topic, but who do you start with: Cyndaquil, Totodile or Chikorita? Squirtle, Charmander or Bulbasaur? Treeko, Mudkip or Torchic? Pokemon Gold or Silver?

Other random questions:

Mewtwo or Mew?
Brock or Misty?
Should Ash have evolved his Pikachu into a Raichu?

Personally, I think the anime isn't as good now that Misty isn't in it and they've introduced randoms. Also, it's my opinion that the pokemon are getting uglier every generation. And there's too many legendaries. They should have just stuck with Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia and Ho-Oh or whatever. I mean, wtf is with Arceus, the supposed god pokemon that created everything else? All pokemon were supposed to have come from Mew or something...I don't know. The point is: there's too many!

Anyway, who else loves Pokemon? 😀

YAY Pokemon!! Lol I'm such a dork I totally geeked out when I saw this thread but I adored Pokemon when I was little I had the cards and put them in a binder lol and I had the toys and like Every game and watched the show like religiously lol.

I'm with you the show was never the same after misty left. I stopped watching sometime around when they replaced the person voicing Ash I was just like no.

Treeko, Mudkip or Torchic? Torchic I love the fire ones
Pokemon Gold or Silver? I played Silver.

Should Ash have evolved his Pikachu into a Raichu? No I love Pika 😀

Ok and am I the only one who still cries at the end of the first movie when Ash gets turned to stone?

OMG I collected cards too! And I still have them! 😀
I can't really remember the first movie, but I remember that I loved it and that when I saw it at the cinema I got given a limited edition shiny Japanese mew card.
I play Silver too 😀
I can never choose between Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile, so I did a whole bunch of trading and starting over to get all three. It took forever! But, the first time I played I started with Totodile. I'm usually a grass or water person while my brother always starts with fire.
And I still have a Pikachu plushie 😀
A few months back I re-watched the first episode of Pokemon and it brought back lots of good memories. I can't believe kids were allowed to get a pokemon and go out into the world on their own when they were 10! lol.

I almost always chose fire I found them the cutest idk why it could be I'm kind of pyro so that might be why lol. But I loved them all. I think Charmander is still my favorite though (well aside from Pikachu)

I have a million pikachu toys lol its helps my mom was obsessed with Pikachu as well.

I watched the first movie like a million times and its still gets me everytime lol and omg yes I always wondered that theyre like little kids my mom wouldn't let me leave the neighborhood let alone travel around the world. My god lol.

For me, I always loved Mew just because he was just so damn cute! But when it came to battling, I always used Mewtwo. He was one bad ass mamajamma!

Whenever i would start a new game, I always used the fire type pokémon, because they were so badass!

Hmmm, I didn't particularly like Brock all that much, and I thought Misty was kinda cute (sw)

I never wanted Ash to evolve Pikachu into a Raichu. Pikachu was perfect just the way he was!!!! plus I would rather have a really strong un-evolved pokémon, than to have a prematurely evolved pokémon.

I was sad to see that they changed the entire cast of the show. I always used to watch it. And I loved Team Rocket and always used to say their little anthem with meowth lol

I just finished heartgold/soulsilver about 3 weeks ago. When it comes to the games, I prefer the original ones for the gameboy color. But the pokémon snapshot for the n64 was a guilty pleasure of mine for a long time lol


I also collected the cards, and put them in binders. I really did play the card game too and even traded with my friends. Whenever I would get a holo, I would shove it in my friends faces lol

As for the movies, I never liked anything past Pokémon 2000

I don't like the newer games (Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald) as much as the older ones (Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal). And yes, it's absolutely devastating they changed the Team Rocket anthem. Shame on them! 😀

Squirtle, Charmander or Bulbasaur? Probably Squirtle, but I love Charizard.
Treeko, Mudkip or Torchic? Well I herd u liek... no, no, I won't resort to that. I'd go for Treecko.
Pokemon Gold or Silver? Gold

But I can't keep the names of alllll the new ones straight anymore. But I still do know the first 151. In order. Ehem.
