Popcorn - Abhor or Adore?

I've had popcorn with arare & nori mixed in. It's really good that way. I know people who eat it with li hing mui, but I've never gotten into that. I prefer li hing mui on stuff like gummi bears.

yep popcorn is pants without a good movie, it always reminds me of being ickle sitting in the cinema with an over sized box or bag of popcorn on my knee... then getting super thirsty... and then there's needing to pee, but i wont during a movie at the cinema lol

Love popcorn at the movies - I won't open the box until the actual film starts, i don't want to waste it on the ads. I do however hate the hard unpopped kernals and the shell bits that get stuck in your teeth.

I also love tis stuff called 'Lolly Golly Bliss Bombs' which are clusters of popcorn and nuts and caramel. It is delicious (but it does get stuck in your teeth).

I love butter and salt popcorn mostly at home and at the movies but i can't stand sweet popcorn.

I have to have popcorn at movies/cinemas. Always post-mix coke, popcorn and Maltesers (what? so I'm a creature of habit!) for me! I just love the buttery deliciousness and the way you can eat it in big handfuls or one little kernel at a time AND it doesn't make too much noise when you eat it like a bag of chips makes noise, so Popcorn is the considerate choice 🙂 oh, and it's excellent for throwing at the idiots that talk through an entire movie.

I don't tend to eat it at home, because I love it too much and I don't want to OD on it and stop liking it, but if we do a big dvd night, or a BtVS marathon, I'll buy some microwave bags and they are *almost* as good.

I voted 'other', since I do like the sugary ones (esp the toffee caramel one yumyumyum....unfortunately so far I've only seen it in London), but just detest the salty one. Seriously, how can anyone eat that stuff?

Popcorn is just so good. I can eat it whole day and i'll never get enough of it. It is just like icecream, you never can't eat it too much

I love salty popcorn! I've never eaten sugary one and have no idea how it could taste like.
I usually eat popcorn when I'm at home with friends.

For me it depends, i adore sweet popcorn but im not so much a fan of salted. caramel and toffee popcorns are nice, and strawberry popcorn, i ahvent seen it for years but it is scrumptious! 😛

I love popcorn especially toffee. I could just sit down and eat it all day. Although there would be the problem of stopping my little brother and sister from nicking some.

I love popcorn. I'm actually a little indifferent about movie theater popcorn...I think it tastes a little funny. And if there's "butter" on it I can't eat it...the movie theater "butter" tastes like nothing but man-made chemicals. Ugh. Completely sickening. But I do salt it at the theater, with that butter salt and the regular stuff.

I prefer popcorn you can make at home - there's one brand of microwave popcorn that I like from Kroger, it's not buttered though. And I like to make my own, I buy seeds and then cook them on the stove in a pot...yum.

I mainly just like regular salted popcorn though, and buttered only if it's microwave popcorn. I am not a fan of flavored popcorn (I can handle the white cheddar and that's about it)...caramel, chocolate...all inedible for me.

But I am a popcorn fiend, I crave it all the time.

I love movie popcorn the most. I am usually half way through it by the time the movie starts. Put lots of theatre salt with a lil butter and I am good to go!

I LOVE popcorn with an intensity that borders on faintly disturbing. ESPECIALLY the movie theater kind. Nothin' better!

I don't get to eat it that often, because popcorn does NOT love me, unfortunately. Y'all don't wanna know, trust me....it's not pretty!

I really don´t care for popcorn. If I´m offered some I might take a few, but I would never buy them myself or stuff myself full. Popcorn a must at the movies? No way. On the other hand, you guys seem to have a lot more versions to choose from. Plain, buttered or salted is the only ones I can remember eating for the last 20 years.

Popcorn actually cooked on the stove is the BEST. Mmmmmm Mmmmm! I won't eat microwave popcorn (unless it's Kettle Corn), I think it's gross.....my kids love it, tho.

I had some popcorn yesterday at my friend's house and it was DElicious. It was the buttery kind, not the crappy kind we get at home.

Owh and I love those popcorn stores they have here and there. In Australia they have Kernels... I'd live there if there was one near me.
Do they have popcorn stores in the UK? Need to know these important things for when I move there soon 😉
