Possible Downtime (PHP & MySQL Upgrade)

There will be more info closer to the time this is going to happen, but I wanted to give everyone some advance notice that there may possibly be some down time.

Our web host is going to be doing upgrades to their PHP and MySQL versions on their servers over the next 60 days. Our current version of vbulletin will most likely not be supported, so there is going to be upgrading/fixing involved.

I am going to be figuring out what the best course is, and our host will announce ahead of time when they are going to work on our server, but I wanted to give everyone a head's up that there might be downtime but not to panic.
