Possible Spoiler Regarding SPIKE's transfer on ANGEL!!

well yea spike deserves to become human but hes got a bit before if that even happens... joss might cancel the shanshu thing out completely possibly when he brings spike back.... maybe not... but spike deserves a definite chance at redemption.... he placed that in stone for what he did nobly in buffys finale... hes now a champion... just like angel.

well a comfirmed Spoiler is that Lilah definatly will be back next season and Spike doesnt deserve to become human yet, only saved the world once, Angel has the saved the world like 4 times
 
same with angel.... they both got a bit to go... angels only been working for redemption for 7 years... spike 3..... and I love both spike and angel but spike did something angel hasn't even done... he sacrificed himself for buffy, for the world. to save it. and he died doing a very beautiful, noble thing... he deserves a shot at redemption as much as angel does. Spike finally proved how much he has changed... and I for one can't wait til he comes back and gets more chances to make up wrongs of the past and to do more good.

Happy to hear Lilah is coming back.. but Spike the vampire slayer? Can't draw a clear picture of it, it's certainly weird and sort of funny. But, Joss knows what he does and if he turns Spike into a slayer maybe is cause it could work that way....but still can't draw tha picture.

First, let me say: I have not been hired by Mutant Enemy. The script I wrote has NOT been purchased by Joss Whedon. The script in question is not the season opener to the WB television show nor was it part of any elaborate hoax.

It was a writing sample, pure and simple. Written for submission purposes. It's made the rounds at a few production companies and was intended for demonstration purposes only. The fact that it leaked out and caused the stir that it did is something that I find simultaneously flattering and annoying.

Would I be open to working for Mutant Enemy if the opportunity presents itself? Sure. I love their stuff and if the planets were to line up, I'd definitely be interested. But as it stands right now, there's nothing to it.

First, I'm not gonna discuss who the sample materials were submitted to. Not now. Not ever.

I will tell you up front that the script was NEVER submitted to Mutant Enemy nor was that its intended purpose.

When a producer puts a call out for writers, often times they pitch it in the most simple terms possible. For example, they might describe a show as "Buffy-meets-West Wing."

If the writer hasn't even seen a treatment or character outline for the new show, then he or she is going in blind. Therefore, the best bet is to submit a spec script or sample written for, or about, the shows the producer is trying to emulate. It's standard practice.

I've been answering emails all day about the Angel script. People calling me everything from a Messiah to the Antichrist. I've been accused of everything from "covering for Joss because the script is, in fact, real" to stealing some nutjob's fanfic.

Once again, the script was a sample piece. It wasn't for Joss. I don't know Joss. I've never spoken to Joss. I'm a big fan of his and wouldn't hang up on him if he called but I am in no way affiliated with ME, nor are there any plans for me to be.

My immediate goal is getting my own projects off the ground. Plain and simple.

I don't like the idea, in a way Angel is like a slayer so it just does sound too different from what Angel Investigations do.
 
Spoiledrotten has posted that it is for fact a bogus script.

That would have been an interesting idea, though. He then would have replaced Conner, and not Cordelia, like everyone thought.
