I have lost interest in Bones. It is good that David has separated himself from Angel. However Bones has lost its focus. Too much sexual interplay between Booth and Bones.

What has happened to Charisma? Other than the spread in playboy haven't heard anything from her. Also what happen to Amy, Andy, Allison, Alexis. Congrats to Sarah with the pregnancy.

J. August was amazing in episodes of CSI Miami. Too bad the series from David Wolf didn't succeed. J. was powerful in it. He should be a regular on CSI NY and Miami.

James is the only one who has done the most after spike. Torchwood, Without a Trace, Smallville. He looked like a geek in Without a Trace.

Hope to see Nick more on criminal minds.

Julie was adorable on King of Queens.

Don't forget (or maybe you should) that James starred in "High Plains Invaders" on the Syfy Channel. Think B western meets "War Of The Worlds." He must have lost a bet, and starring in that movie was the penalty.
James seems to have done the most? Huh? A few guest spots is much smaller than having another series like David, Amy is a semi-regular on Dollhouse, Alyson has How I Met Your Mother, and Michelle has done a few movies, tv shows. Alexis needs more work though.

I think that he was referring to the greatest number of appearences in a variety of different shows, not actual screen time.
Dushku is the busiest and most successful in my opinion. She does alot of voice work as well as Dollhouse. She was even in the Maxim top 10.

Yes guest spots not the same as a starring role but at least James has shown a range. He did more than 1 episode in torchwood, without a trace, and smallville. I believe he is coming back in torchwood. Perhaps be a regular on without a trace. I barely recognize him. You wouldn't expect to see him so buttoned down and clean cut.

I haven't been able to find dollhouse. I was surprise to hear it was renewed.

Eliza still fav. I like to see her as a lead in a CSI or Law and Order.
 
Everyone knows who Sarah Michelle Gellar is. That's about it. 🙁
 
I feel like SUCH a dork for knowing all of this, but...

David is on Bones (as you mentioned), which is a very successful show, no matter how good or bad it may be.

Sarah has been in a lot of crappy Japanese horror remakes, and is going to be in an HBO show called The Wonderful Maladys that already started shooting. Also, she's preggo.

Charisma hasn't been doing much as of late, but she has had guest spots on Greek and some CSI-type show (they're all the same to me).

Alyson is on How I Met Your Mother, which is one of the most successful (not to mention funniest) sitcoms on TV.

Alexis has done guest spots on shows like Private Practice and How I Met Your Mother, but aside from that, nothing noteworthy. It's a shame that he's not getting more work, since he's a great actor.

Amy is on Dollhouse and is gonna be on a new show called Happy Town.

Julie is on a show called Dexter (I think she still is, unless her character died...I don't watch it, so I wouldn't know).

James has been doing a lot of guest roles, as you mentioned.

J. August Richards is on a show called Leverage with Christian Kane.

Andy died of heart failure fairly recently 🙂().

Not a dork. I was going to post all of this too~

But, yes, HIMYM is probably one of the best shows out there right now and has a ton of other Whedon alum. Alexis Denisof (as you said) was on two or three episodes in Season 1, Amy Acker was in 1 episode of Season 1, Tom Lenk was in one episode in S2, Morena Baccarin was in an episode in S2, and Mayor Wilkins (his real name is escaping me) was in an episode in S2. Even Spike's mom was in an episode in S1!

Not to mention Neil Patrick Harris is in HIMYM as well (who is my favorite man in the universe). Felicia Day (Vi, the potential slayer & Penny from Dr. Horrible) is doing quite a lot (Dollhouse Episode 13 & The Guild), Nathan Fillion is doing Castle, and Juliet Landau is doing a lot of voice over stuff, as well as contributing (writing/art/design) to the Drusilla arc of the Season 6 Angel comic.

Charisma is filming three movies right now: House of Bones, Vivid, and The Expendable. She was also in a lot of Season 2 of Veronica Mars (as was Alyson) if you want to see her in more stuff.

That's all I can think of to add to the Whedon alum list.
 
Since everyone else has covered everyone else, I'll do Emma Caulfield.

She's been in a bunch of movies: Darkness Falls, I Want To Marry Ryan Banks, Bandwagon, In Her Mother's Footsteps, Hollow, A Valentine Carol, and most recently Why Am I Doing This? and TiMER, and she's also been in an episode of Monk, 3 episodes of Robot Chicken, and an episode of Private Practice.
I think she's going to be appearing at 3 or 4 conventions this summer.
And of course she's still sexy.

She published a few books, has at least a dozen movies, guest starred on Supernatural, Private Practice etc., and has been to a lot of conventions. And opened a personal blog!

One of you mentioned it is better to join another series as a regular rather than guest on several. That is not necessarily the case.

Michelle is quite the vixen on Gossip Girl. Nice change for her.

However as for David. I don't like all the sexual interplay between Booth and Bones. Will they or won't. I don't care anymore.

David's character has a history that haven't really been exploring unlike what Josh did with Angel's character.

James showed a range with all he has done. Julie too. She was adorable and funny on king of queens. Sweet and innocent on CSI and CSI Miami. I almost didn't realize that it was Charisa on a CSI. Not the best performance.

Just because you dislike a certain aspect of Bones does not determine how successful David is doing...
 
We all know what David is capable of. He made us love him and hate him and love him again. He can be serious and silly. I was hoping to see more of that kind of range on Bones. However and this has nothing to do with him but the narrow scope of Bones. A crime drama like CSI was a good choice for him. Bones is more a romantic soap opera between Bones and Booth than a crime drama.
 
Alyson is in HIMYM so there's a big plus that is a great show. Sarah did the movie Veronika Decides to Die, and I sense it's going to be a big hit, at least I hope, and she had a baby, so as Alyson 🙂 David is on Bones, and I have to be honest, I'm not that interested in others. I'm looking at Sarah's news everyday, I'm a huge fan 😀
 
I am interested in mostly SMG,David,Eliza and Alyson.I think all of them were great and each has shown an amazing talent!

I love Bones and i am gonna obtain all the seasons in Christmas as well as BtVS.

Bones is IMO a great show cause although the audience realises that Booth and Brennan are made for each other they don't have realised it yet...or they can't understand it!and so the show mostly talks about homocides.

As a Med student i am interested in watching Brennan's theories.I admire her as a character and that's why i watched the show in the first place!I didn't know David was in it(and i actually had no clue who David was before i discovered Angel) but he amazed me right away!

And SMG,i am so happy about her newborn!!!She is a beauty!And i would like to see "Veronica decides to die" cause i think it's a different and interesting plot.I just hope i get to watch it in Greece!

I am happy however whenever i see a Buffyverse Actor/Actress somewhere.I always tell my friends :"he/she used to play in Buffy!!!" 🙂
