Question Post S7 Comic Chronology?

So, I'm wondering in what order to read the comics.

Comics I'm interested in reading:

Buffy Season 8
Angel Season 6/After the Fall/Aftermath
Spike: After the Fall
Fray
Tales of the Slayers
Tales of the Vampires
Spike: Asylum

In chronological order, they would be:

Spike: Asylum
Spike: After the Fall
Angel: After the Fall
Buffy season 8
Fray

with Tales of the Vampires and Tales of the Slayers jumping all over the place time-wise.

But I'd recommend reading Fray, TotV and TotS first, then the Spike ones, and then Angel and Buffy in whatever order.

But TOTV and TOTS aren't canon, right? So they don't really have anything to do with the show. So wouldn't reading the After the Falls and Season 8 first make the most sense, so they are caught up so to speak more quickly?

Yes, they're canon.

Two of the stories -- Drew Goddard's "Antiques" from TotV and Joss's "Tales" from TotS, are directly referenced in season 8. "Antiques" is about Xander's time with Dracula after season 7, and how Buffy came to get him, and "Tales" shows how Melaka Fray found the Watchers' Library and Gates the demon monkey.

I would recommend Angel Masks, Angel Spotlight, Angel auld lang syne and Spike vs Dracula. But they're not as good as season 8 and after the fall.
