you people and your clean screens.. i have too many program icons. they fill my screen. wallpaper is black (like my heart!) otherwise with all the icons covering it it would be a mess

It's something Acer installs on your computer. I still haven't figured out what its supposed to do but they are some quick links to some (apparently important) acer things (something about wireless networks and security and stuff)
