Okay 2 things. First, how do you guys make a screencap of your desktop? Its killing me that I seem to be the only one clueless about this. And second, this is semi-related, its a neat site I found a while ago where you can customize your start page, thought some of you guys might find it useful, I live by it: AwesomeStart. From the site:
A start page (sometimes reffered to as "home") is the first page you see when you logon to the internet. AwesomeStart is a way for you to make a free, custom start page with your own links and a Google search on it. You can choose from different music, movie, and videogame themes!

On my computer(s), there's a button up near the top that says PrtScrn. That takes a screencap of your current view. Then go to Paint or PhotoShop, open a blank page, and hit paste. Ta-Da!

tho when bsg is on i use a bsg logo background or a red wings background (which will go up come november after the halloween-ness is done)
 
This is mine. Bearing in mind the computer I use is actually my dad's and I'm not allowed to change it. 🙁 But I like this one anyway.

Thanks to Blondie Bear and TK I finally figured out to make a cap of my desktop... it was so simple I feel slightly computer illiterate now but whatev, just wanted to come by and show it off :biggrin:

I'm very sad and pathetic and can't figure out how to do the screen cap thing but this is the pic I have up now.

I took it just as I got off the subway at Circular Quay in Sydney this July. It's the Harbour Bridge in all it's splendour🙂

almost the same as the view from my work!
Mine is a photo I took of the Grand Canyon when we were there earlier in the year. I'm particularly proud of it and it reminds me of a great holiday.

I'm kinda hoping that isn't a euphemism for something, so I'll go for literal 😉 We didn't take a mule ride to the canyon bottom (that'd also be a good euphemism 🙂) but we did take our first helicopter flight ever over the Canyon...absolutely brilliant!

Been on one helicopter ride (they are much different than one would think) but I cant imagine it over the canyon. wow. Was it one of those 'open' ones? all glassy and what not? Helos are nice.

It was really cool...there were plenty of windows but it wasn't too open.
