ok well as you can see from my pic, I like Kennedy.

I do agree that she doesn't stand up to Tara (Tara is my favorite character) but I do think she can stand up to Oz (now, please, dont kill me for saying that)

I do think that she is a good mach for Willow and even if she is bratty, she is mostly sweet, here are the proofs,

1. She took Willow out on a date (she was pretty much one of the only character that started a relation with one of the scoobies by taking her on a date)

2. She comforts Willow whenever she is scared (like in Chosen an Touched)

3. She knows that she is a brat so at least she can fix the problem (she says that to Willow in Chosen)

4. Sometimes she is kind of bitchy but at least she is not afraid to defend Willow

5. She accepted Willow's past and didn't make a big deal about it. She even helped her trough out her addiction for magic

So see, even if a lot of you hate her, I think she is great, plus, she does look kind of hot and the pearced tongue looks awesome.

Anyway, I do understand why some of you hate her and I am myself not a huge fan of the other potential, but as for Kennedy, I do like her

I just rewatched "New Moon Rising" last night and it broke my heart all over again. I still hold out hope that one of these days Willow and Oz will end up together. I loved Willow and Tara too, and I remember how shocked and upset I was when Joss killed her off, but I have always been a Willow/Oz 'shipper. 😉
I just don't like Kennedy that much. I won't say I hate her character, but she grates on my nerves a LOT.

I think the problem with the potentials was, that there was just so much going on in season 7, that there was not enough time to flesh out their characters. I remember seeing some fighting in chosen, and thinking i had never seen them before. It seemed like they threw in some stunt women, instead of having to hire actresses.
Kennedy was an interesting character, but was let down by an unconvincing relationship with Willow. For fans to accept her as Willow's new girlfriend, so soon after Tara's death, we really had to buy that relationship, and i never did. It just seemed like two straight girls kissing. Not a bad thing 🙂, but Amber and Alyson had a great chemistry, that really sold them as a couple.
I was the first to roll my eyes, when i heard rumors of Willow becoming a Lesbian, i thought they were just cashing in on Alyson Hannigan's American Pie success. " Wow, young guys know she's the band camp girl, they might watch the show, hey, if we make her a lesbian, they'll totally watch it. "
It was so much more than that though, it was a sweet, caring, passionate and believable relationship. I just never for a second seen anything resembling that between Kennedy and Willow. A shame, i do like Lyari Limon.

Yeah trying to make their little bunch of pajama party preppies into an army really wasn't interesting or serious, made an already packed season feel "Off" and annoying.

Amanda was cute, Molly was too, I loathe Kennedy as you all know, the rest were meh.

Don't have much problem with any of the potential slayers.
I like that storyline.

The only thing that is a bit unfortunate is that the show lost some focus on the core scoobie gang while the house was filled with potentials.
But we got plenty of those episode since before so thats not really a problem imho.

Kennedy: Why are you always standing up for [Buffy]?

I dunno...maybe because she's been her closest friend for over half-a-decade, saved her life, saved the world, DIED for the world and her family....is that good enough reason to stick up for Buffy yet little Miss Skank?

The Potentials were morons with no talent and no use until they became Slayers.
