Power lifters anonymous...

i do my laps on the school tracks so i'll do it there of course...i still also need to get a new punching bag...mine's getting all worn out...
 
yeah...i know the feeling terry...my old bag was almost covered with duct tape...my bag back then was made out of cloth...so if it got one tear...damn...whole bag fall apart...my new one sucks cause it got sand bags near the middle...they didn't hurt my hands...but they falkin kill my ankles and feet...i don't know...i guess they taught me to keep my kicks up...lol...whatever...

falk i don't even work punching bag no more...i'd rather trap...i'm just glad i haven't gotten into a situation where i'd have to use this shiz...lol...
 
lol, i dont think i have ever put my fitness to the test except for the tracks and whatrever
 
running at about 5-6 mph with a weighted vest on for a half hour means your in great shape...ima try to up that to 8 mph if my body can take it...i don't even know if its possible...on discovery channel they showed a K-1 champion working out with a weighted vest...he wasn't going 10 mph...probably bout 7-8...granted he was punching while running...plus he trains more than that...but just running with the weighted vest for a half hour means you bad ass...

confluence of muscle and speed...a weighted vest would kill a cross country punk...
 
im the fastest runner on my track team...probobly cause of all the health drinks and working out that i do...
 
how fast do you run your mile...i know that it may not be your event but just like think of your fastest mile time...
 
last week i did 40 laps around the track in 12 minutes...the track is about maybe a quarter of a kilometer around...
 
if you ran that fast...you'd be running a 2 minute mile...the best runners barely get under 4...

perhaps Terrry likes X men because he is one??
 
Sorry, I just finished watching Catch Me If You Can, so I had it at the tip of my tongue. The FBI investigators in the movie were wondering the same exact thing.

Barry Allen (as I found out) is the given name of the comic book superhero 'The Flash'. 🙂
