Practical Magic or The Craft anyone?

how young does Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman look in Practical magic!!
always loved tht film.

the craft is more teenager-y. i'm gonna watch it again tonight actually 🙂
 
So if The Craft is more teenagery and Practical Magic is for the young adults.
Then Warlock (1) Satan also has one Son. Warlock (2) The Armageddon and Warlock (3) The end of Innocence would be an adults film.
I preferred Warlock 1 and 3 with a slight biase towards Warlock 1.

The Craft had to many of the Hollywood theatricals for me, Practical Magic came close to what it is really like and the Warlock series involved a taste of the demonic side, maybe that's why it had it had M15+ to R18+ ratings.
 
I love both of them very dearly... The Craft and Practical Magic are movies that my mom and sister and I used to watch all the time growing up. It would be very hard for me to choose between the two!
 
'The Craft' is entertaining. Not keen on 'Practical Magic', however.

Both movies are great, but I love Practical Magic. Showtime or HB0 or some channel plays it quite often and I always watch it if I have nothing better to do.

Interesting enough, there was a planned sequel or remake of the Craft in the works but it got canned. A pilot for a television show based off Practical Magic was made. I think it was called Sadbury. Sandra Bullock even produced the pilot but CBS or ABC never picked it up.
 
I think I'm all alone with this one but.. The Craft is a really bad movie. My best friend and I were really into it when we were in elementary school, then years and years later I bought the dvd for some fun nostalgia and realized how awful it really is. It's fun to watch and I do enjoy it from time to time, but I'd be very surprised if the person who wrote it intended it to be taken seriously. It seems very much like a satire. Maybe that's suppose to be obvious and everyone knows that, but I get the impression that people who really love that movie take it dead seriously.
