Prayers for our fighting men and women

Some of you may not be religious people, and I have no problem with that, but for those who feel comfortable with this, I just wanted to ask everyone to pray for the fighting men and women we all have over in Iraq or at military bases waiting for the news that they know is coming stating that they are to head to the front or somewhere near it. This has to be one of the hardest times for them, and I think they need as many prayers and good wishes as they can get. So I ask that everyone who believes in some kind of god prays for the people fighting for our countries, and ever pray for the Iraqi soldiers that they may not be killed, but surrender to the troups of our militaries. Pray for the safety of the civilians who are in Bagdad right now and who are fearing for their lives. And finally, pray for this to be a short conflict. I know that I personally don't want this to last very long. I know way too many people who are fighting or will be fighting very soon. Please Pray. Thank you.

I'm not religious or anything, but if it has even the slightest chance of helping out both the Allied troops and the Iraqi opressed civilians and soldiers, I'll pray for them!

I have definately been praying a lot.

I didn't really want to go to war, but I think it was kinda inevitable that we would.

I just hope it's over fast with the least amount of civilians and military people getting hurt. I'm starting to think that I should have just said people, but it's too late now and now my post is turning to jibberish so I better go before it is incomprehensible. Oops, too late. 😉

Yeah, I have been praying every night for them (although, I am religous). And if you arent religous, saying a prayer cant hurt, but it may help a lot!

I've been praying as well, and i hope that everyone involved. The civilians, and the soldiers, the Americans and the british stay safe. And i hope no more die.
