Prefect elections are now open and the closing dates for applications are on 1st August.

If you are interested in applying please see the thread in your dorms as to how to apply.

For those that have asked the basic duties of a prefect are as follows:


1. Helping to keep the dorm active.

2. Providing house news/content for the Newsletter.

3. Ensure that board rules and followed in the dorm.

4. Contributing to the creation, organisation and running of house activities.
 
We only have three submissions so far...if people don't want to do this, we don't have to, we can just appoint people rather than have elections...

Wow, this is a great position to have, I've loved being prefect, and if it wasn't for the fact i feel that it's time for someone else to enjoy this I would continue it. I'm looking forward to handing my prefectness over to someone else so they get to have the fun and opportunities I have. Plus you get to have your own amazing avatar, and hang out in your own private lounge!
 
If my opinion counts, I'd agree with Darla's statement. In fact, I'd push for the prefects to be appointed.

Dudes and Dudettes, if you guys aren't happy with the way things are going in your dorm, and feel that you can change things, now's the chance to do it. 🙂

Being prefect was lovely, I recommend it to everyone! :heart: if you're willing to spend time and love the amount of time and love you get back is amazing! :heart:

Considering it is now three months since the end of pretect elections, and that Drogyn house hasn't got a prefect.
( Chances are the three other house prefects will have noticed there is nothing coming from Drogyn )
I tried to get something going in Drogyn, but it's been quiet for a few days now. So, can you appoint a prefect for Drogyn House?
 
If no one is interested in running, I'd like to nominate [MENTION=7336]ILLYRIAN[/MENTION] for Drogyn, who has been doing a great job trying to get Drogyn House going.
