Pretty Little Liars

His age kind of bothers me for the fact of the girls are like 15 how old is he? If he is like 25 that is just plain weird. It makes him even more creepy. Then the teacher things just makes it so not great as well to me.

They are seniors so they would be about 17 or 18. If Aria is 18 then its legal.

Her age has nothing to do with her being mature or immature. Some people are immature in their 30's.. age is just a number deffined by society. If someone said 14 is an age when we become legal, today we would talk about being 'mature' at the age of 14.
I can agree with that to a point I had to grow up fast and was taking care of myself like an adult at times so I can see that point. I am saying though that she is still growing and is not in my eyes ready to handle that kind of relationship the point is to me in real life and in the show she should not have to because it is wrong on both parts but in reality Ezra would be looked down on because he is the "adult" in the situation. These kind of situations never end well at least the ones I have seen on the news haven't. I just feel bad because in the end he will loose his job but he brought it on himself.

They are seniors so they would be about 17 or 18. If Aria is 18 then its legal.
Are they? I assumed they were older for the fact that some of them look older but then they stated that Ali never got to even be sixteen. So then I was confused. I guess they are 16 now. I don't know where you live but my friend once dated a guy that was 24 and she was 17/18 and her mom still threatened to get him in trouble and press charges so I don't know I guess it depends on the state plus her mom could have been wrong who knows.

Again though, it's not about age. He's her teacher and it's wrong. It's illegal for one thing... and it's wrong. Student/teacher relationships hurt everyone involved and around those involved.

I think it's more important to e because in high school, people thought I was in one, or wanted to be in one. There was a teacher at my school that I looked up to like a father figure... he was the Giles to my Buffy. But he was young... and good looking... and the school thought I had a crush on him... that was so far from true... and he got really self conscious about spending time with me because of the way the school looked at us...

I think Ezra's a great teacher. And that's why this needs to end. If anyone finds out, he's fired. I think Aria's a great girl... and that's why this needs to end. There are so many fish in the sea, so many great guys that she's going to miss out on because she's living the student/teacher fantasy. But their relationship is inevitably doomed. I lost respect for Aria when Ezra tried to break it off in the beginning and she wouldn't accept that. I lost some respect for Ezra when he didn't try harder.

You can't choose with who you fall in love. Once when you feel the spark, you're not ready to give it up because of some rules. Sometimes (most of the times) love has nothing to do with sanity.

I can't say I was ever in that kind of situations, because I never had young and hot teacher, and maybe, if I was, I would look at the whole situation differently. But I don't. And I think it's cute. I think they're cute.

Why should he try harder? How could he? Everytime he tries to think about the future, to think about what's the right thing to do, she comes with her cute little face and tells him how that doesn't matter, all they have is now. Could you tell no to the person you love. Not every show is about a girl making the right decision, about the girl being strong and sacraficing what she loves for what's right.. sometimes it's about a girl doing what she loves not thinking about the consequences..

I can understand your point, I just don't agree with it.

Maybe she's too young, maybe she can't handle it.. but that's her experience. Maybe it'll work.. you never know. There's a big chance it won't.. but that'll be her lesson. And I don't see him as adult. He's 23. He's still growing up.. God, guys of 23 I know are far from adults.

I am actually one of the people to say they weren't in love. They made out then acted like it was a big thing. I just didn't see it maybe that was the writings fault if they were trying to make it love at the time. They should have showed more I guess.

I see that point as well. It is just there is so much against them I don't see what is worth it. Again that is just my opinion. Like I said above I think it came across wrong I think they were in strong like not love. To me love is a big word that is thrown around a lot with tv show couples so sometimes i don't take it seriously.

Same here she is annoying to me and she makes Ezra annoying. I actually like him on his own even though I agree with you on some things 😛 he is starting to seriously make me think this way.
I agree I feel Hanna was very mature in that moment and that is why I love her. She admitted she was wrong. The only thing that got me mad was it was not her fault and her mom got herself into a bad situation but it is her mom and she comes before Aria or any of those girls in my mind.
Aria made the decision to stick with Ezra she was not in love with him when they first got together she was in like so to say the feelings were to strong I don't see it that way. Plus I feel he should go to university and do what is best for him she is 16 she doesn't see it yet but he is 23 like someone said he needs to do what is best for his career.

Lucas is smart! Ali was kind of evil and he saw it her friends didn't which I don't get because she was wrong to them to their faces all the time but it is ok. She was kind of nice to Hanna in that moment when she was crying as nice as Ali could be IMO.

I was so glad Emily's mom stuck up for her! I kind of like Paige I mean I don't love her but she is okay to me so far. I didn't love Maya either after a while though. Emily is starting to slowly grow on me. Spencer is the one who has really grown on me. I think sometimes she is the voice or reason for the most part.

Btw about Ezra and your theory
When he kept asking about Jenna he seemed a little off. He seemed like he was looking for information but trying to play dumb. He is very good at that or he is really clueless. I am going with he is not clueless. Plus the way he did his face in the scene where he could not get in touch with Aria and told her to come in made him look very crazy I was like um alrighty then now he really seems like he could be A. Slowly he is starting to do things. Plus the figure at the end looked like it could have been him because he is not to big you know what I mean?

Yeah, about the
figure, I also thought it was pretty much Ezra-shaped. So was the figure of the person running from the car after running over Hanna. It was most definitely NOT Mona's figure, it was a not-too-tall man shape! I'm telling ya, Ezra is soooo A! 😀 I just can't see any of his actions the same, haha. And Jenna gave him the music she wrote for the play, so he had the tape, so he could have put it in the radio in the hotel room, you know? All the pieces just come togheter, but I still don't know what is his motive...Maybe he knew Alison, she maybe also had an affair with him! (on a board, someone pointed out that he just graduated and was around the same age than Ian et Alison's brother, he probably was at the university at the same time. I'm sure he was involved in some way with Alison!
Plus, no one would expect him to be A, because he apparently has nothing to do with Alison. Kind of the last suspect the girls will think about!

Ali was nice with Hanna in Watch your frennemies (well, kind of), and at that time, I thought "okay, she's not always bad". But generally speaking...she's more than evil, she has a mental problem if you ask me. She's kind of a psycho. I believe Ian when he says "She's a psycho stalker who can't take no for an answer".

Spencer also grew a lot on me. I can't say why exactly, but I like her a lot now!
Emily was a bit annoying at the beginning I think (too much hesitations 😀 even tough I understand her dilemmas) but now she stands for herself and that's better!

And Hanna, well...she'll always be my favourite!

I'm curious, we never heard anymore of the pseudo relative architect, the guy who came to the bank...or did I miss something?

lol it always seems like forever I waited for make it or break it that way but I love PLL way more thanks for the update I can handle June :)

At the begining, it was blown out of the proportion, but now, after these episodes, I can really feel they care about each other. Deeply.

'You wanna be real? Forget about theory. What does it feel when we're together? Good, it feels.. right. I wanna be with you. So lets not care together.'

I guess I'll always be addicted to those 'forbidden loves'. 😀

I can see where they would care for each other now but yeah I agree with the beginning that is what I had been referring to lol. I like those kind from time to time :)

You are so right!
first off he isn't a suspect because he is Aria's boyfriend which is so perfect. She is so into him she would never expect it. Plus like you said I don't think it was Mona at that time. The hand at the end of the newest episode just looked like Ezra's hand. He was around at the time Hanna got hit. He was around in the play to put the trophy. He was given the music by Jenna. It is starting to point to him in subtle ways. All I know is if he is in a relationship with Aria there is no doubt in my mind that he could have been in a relationship with Ali. It makes sense it almost makes perfect sense. If he isn't A I will be shocked at this point. I think he is playing all of them as easy as 1,2,3.

I do think there was something off about her or she was just really hateful. It wouldn't shock me if she was just truly evil in a manipulative way though. I do agree with Ian in some sense because I think she did
push that girl down the stairs. Also I think she has a soft spot for Hanna because of how she came back to see her.

I don't know why it is except for that reason either. It is because of her and Toby plus she just started to grow on me. I like her a lot now. Hanna will always be my favorite I just love her.

Emily is getting good and I like where they are taking her. I am just glad she isn't being treated badly or getting drowned.

About the guy in the bank
Caleb helped the figure out he was a fake just after the money so I don't think he can cause trouble without causing trouble for himself.

I'm so happy to have someone who sees as much as me who could A be :D
I've just finished watching this for the first time and it was so, so enjoyable!

Thoughts on the characters:

Spencer - what a cute character. I find myself really drawn to her intelligence and drive to succeed. Also any girl that can be tough on the sports field, yet straight, well dressed and feminine off the field is something special to me. At the beginning I thought she was a little 2 dimensional, but she quickly became much deeper and showed that she wasn't just a spoilt brat. And seriously - those outfits?!?! Holy crap, she makes me want to be preppy so badly.

Hanna - I pretty much loved her since I saw the first scene of her shoplifting the sunglasses. Hot and bad - just what I like in TV characters. Then gradually finding out more and more about her background, what a sweet heart. She always puts others before her. She cares more about her mum then herself and her own issues. She can see what is really important most of the time. She seems to be the PLL with the most level head, and most importantly - the one that seems to struggle the most with all the lies. I'd love to be her best friend in real life.

Aria: Urgh. I don't particularly like Aria at all. She's selfish to the max. The only one out of all the girls that really seems like the spoilt rich girl cliche. She's dull, and the character seems so typical and forced. I suppose she's meant to be the main character, but she holds absolutely no interest to me. The only girl that I wouldn't want to sit down and have a beer and chat with. Pretty much her only redeeming factor is that I adore almost every single piece of clothing she has worn. I'm currently scouring online shops for a soft leather, bolero style jacket.

Emily - Does anyone else find her a little bland also? I don't mind the lesbian storyline, and I truly feel sorry for her predicament, but at the moment I feel like her entire personality is summed up by 'gay'. I want to see something more from her. I want to see what makes her different to her friends, what makes her tick and I want to see some actual controversy from Emily. At the moment it seems like the only 'secret' she has is that she's gay... Everyone else has so many dark and detailed secrets... What does Emily have?! Someone give her a damn storyline please!!!

I agree about Spencer so much especially on the clothes lol she dresses so cute and it works for her effortlessly love that. I like that Spencer is so intelligent so she can be the one to really analyze the pros and cons of the situations.

We all all know I LOVE Hanna. She is my favorite and I wish I had a friend like her in real life. I love that scene with the sunglasses!

Aria well i don't care for her as much and agree with pretty much everything you said.

I agree I feel like it was only about her being "gay". There is so much more to Emily and I would love for them to show more of it. I actually loved when she was around Toby because she was different and showed more to her. I want to know her secrets as well! Ali and them have loads of them it seems show me more please I am begging you. I like Emily I just hope next season it isn't all about her being gay I hope it is more about Emily as a person because when we see those little scenes from time to time I love them. Like her dad he is gone a lot I wonder how she feels about that does she stress about him being gone? Just little things from time to time would add a lot.

Even tough it took me time to love Spencer for her personality, I've always been amazed by two things: one, she makes sport look awesome. Seriously, she make me want to do sports all the time like she does! Two, she makes me love preppy look too! Her clothes are just soooo great! I have a friend who asked for my help to change her style more like Spencer's...That's going to be so much fun 😀 I would clothe myself like her if I had a figure more like her, her clothes would be very unflattering on me right now! And now, after a few rewatches, I really, really like her, she's my second favourite! (Plus, she's such a perv, that makes me laugh and I can relate, haha)

Hannah seems to be the ultimate favourite! From the start she's been my favourite, and also, she's the one who is the best written, with the more layers I think! And it's true, she puts the others before herself, she is so thoughtful! I liked her from the start but she had my favourite-ticket when she said to Emily "You can come with whoever you want, all we want is for you to be happy, no matter who you are with" and her "It doesn't matter if you are Emily who likes the boys or Emily who likes the girl...It's Emily we love". Maaah  She really was of a great support I think, for Emily and her coming out issues and for Aria and her family splitting up issues. I love Hanna to bits! Plus, she's funny, she really is the kind of friend you'd want to have!

Oh, Aria's style is the essence of awesomeness! (Tough, I'm less fan of what she wears in the second half of season 1). I liked her at first, with her family problem she was somehow relatable to, so at my first watch I really liked her, but now, she kind of just is...meh.

I totally agree about Emily, she's too much written as "the gay one". It's great to make a storyline about all the struggles she's going trough, but we don't see enough of Emily Fields, it's too much about Emily the Gay girl. I was sad about the way her storyline with Toby turned. It seemed so interesting, and when Toby needed a friend, he was alone. I wish he had Emily at that tough time. She didn't even smile at him when he came to the school to take his stuffs, that was sad. I'm happy they finally rebound a bit.

And Cait, I'm curious, who do you think A might be? 😀 For me, it is definitely
Ezra
!

I just watched last Monday's episode.

Spencer & Toby KISSED! I kind of loved it. Spencer/Toby ship! I'm on board.

What? Caleb was working for Jenna? She paid him? 🙁 But does he truly like Hanna or was that an act? :/

I'm not sure how I feel about Emily/Paige yet.

I think his feelings were very real because it was those feelings that made him call off the deal. If he didn't care he would just keep going along with the plan.

True. Good point.
All I have to say after this episode is EMILY/PAIGE FOREVER. They are so adorable together I can't even.

Oh, and also, I hate you Hanna. Nobody hits my Jenna, especially not over some ridiculously ugly guy. 😡

I have seen people where I live get hit for a lot less than that.

I am confused on how I feel about Jenna.

I don't like Jenna. I can't say that I hate her (like I hate Jenny from GG), but the bugs me, and I don't like her.

I love how Emily encourages Paige to come out.. she really should.. nobody should live like that.

I feel really, really bad for Spencer.. I love her, and I really hate seeing her terrefied like that. Also, that story she told Toby about, how
her perents didn't even notice she was gone when she ran away when she was a kid
really made me cry.

I love how there's Ezria tention without Ezra being on the show. Aria is just my favourite.. I really, really like her.. didn't liked the way how Mike accused her she's the reason why their parents are fighting again.

1. I hate Aria. She is such an irresponsible selfish bitca. Her relationship with Ezra is about to blow up in her face in a BIG way. And I'm excited. Take that bitch down.

2. I love Hanna and Caleb so I kinda wish she'd give him another chance... on the other hand... I think I'm believing him because I want to... not because I actually believe him

3. I love Hanna! I TOTALLY cheered when she hit Jenna! I've been waiting for someone to have the balls to do that!

4. Ian offering to help Spencer leave town? Wow... way to make yourself look even MORE suspicious Ian...

5. Spencer's mom's statement "I think someone's going through a lot of trouble to make you look guilty" makes me think paired with Ian offering Spencer to leave town makes me feel like something's going to go down in a big way in that family between Spencer's parents and Ian and Melissa.

Agreed I am going to be honest I think I let Jenna off the hook sometimes because she is blind so when i take that factor out all is fair.

About Caleb I actually believe him. I think he could have lied as long as he wanted to I am not going to lie I want to believe him as well but I do think he is being sincere he better not be being a you know what.

Ian is off and that upsets me what ever happened to the nice boy from smart house??

No, they're not going to break up. Not soon, for sure. They have to keep tensions somehow. When they ran out of them, somehow Aria's parents will find out about them or something.. I don't think they'll break them because they're a safe net.. also, Ian has so many fans and without Aria, I don't think he would have role there, because she couldn't move on with him being there.

And Aria.. selfish? How?

And I don't see love for Caleb after we found out what he wanted to do, and didn't do after Hanna put it out.. awesome message for girls!

I don't think Aria is selfish. That confuses me.
The character of Mike is sooo...anecdotical! We hardly ever see him, I even tend to forget Aria has a brother!

I must be one of the rare who don't hate Jenna! She surely is a creep on so many levels but I always have been annoyed/shocked by the attitude of the girls toward her. What happened to them is their fault (well, mostly Aly's fault). No matter how much I love the girls, they are guilty for what happened to Jenna. Jenna didn't do anything to them. She was the victim of Aly's wicked mind, and the girls always act like she's a mega-suspect, or like she did something. They always assume the worst coming from her, even before knowing
she had a thing with Toby
. I've read some people saying the girls are bullied by Jenna, but in my opinion, Jenna is much more the bullied than the bullier. I kind of feel for her. And I certainly don't think she's A. She's just creepy. With Toby, it's a whole different story, where he's cleary the bullied and she's the bullier. Toby has every right to deeply dislike Jenna. But the girls? No. Just no.
And I think she probably decided to spy on the girls because the girls were also spying on her. Sneaking to her shrink, stealing her file, losing her file, trying to get trough her phone...So the girls can't really play offended, I think, they just do the exact same thing.
It is also possible that at the hospital, Alison put the blame on one of the girls (like say, Spencer).
Now that I think about it...About my theory on who A is...
Spencer became a person of interest after Jenna told things to Ezra. Maybe she said Spencer throwed the firecracker, and maybe she also said that she had a thing with Ian. Huh, my point is, it's after Jenna and Fitz talked a lot that Spencer became a suspect. That's a plus point for my Fitz is definitely A list
.
And when
Hanna slapped Jenna and Jenna cried, I was sad for Jenna. I really think she spied on the girls because the girls spied on her, and she was slapped for doing the same as them. Plus, it has to be upsetting to feel someone behind you who doesn't talk, to turn, to feel the person in front of you, maybe making a prank, and then being slapped. I really maintain: poor Jenna :/

But! As much as I feel for Jenna...boy did I cry for Hanna! It reminded me a lot of Buffy, you know, you
give your V-card and then you are disappointed like that? Whe, she cried, I cried with her so much! It was as sad as Buffy crying at the end of Innocence, but that was close. Oh and poor Spence! I cried at her runaway little story. And with her mum at the end, maaaah 🙁

And Caleb really seemed sorry, it even looked like he was going to cry, but Hannah stayed strong (before breaking down). I'm not sure I want her to forgive him. At first they were nice togheter, but then she started lying to her mum and stuff...In a sense, Lucas was better for her, Caleb makes her a tad less better, ya know?

Oh and I remembered since when Spencer is definitely my second favourite. In I don't remember which episode, there is the flashback, and she said to Aly
the thing about "The question is not wether we would survive without you, but wether you will survive without us. What is a leader without follower?"
. Go Spence go!

I'm seriously addicted to the show. The last show I waited so impatiently every week was...BUFFY 😀

Oh and random thought: I hate Aria's kisses, she looks like some kind of suction cup, it disgusts me. I've seen better kisses on screen. Hers are just...slurpy.

Your A theory is starting to come more and more together.
