I honestly think they did that to throw us off. Plus
A could be two people who aren't even working together. These girls slip up a lot it would not be that hard to watch them.

I hope so because if not I will only have Spencer/Toby to ship. I love Hanna/Caleb and they light up the screen so I am thinking most likely he will be back. They seemed to have gotten rid of all the other boys in Hanna's life.

I think Ali cared but she was a very manipulative person on top of that she was kind of smart that would make it hard to truly know her.

The books are NOTHING like the TV series. I like the show a lot better because in the books they are not even friends and a lot of the charecters like, Paige and Celeb are not there.
I feel SO bad for Spencer in the last episode. Locked in that tiny little room, not knowing if any one would save her. Even though Ian saved her I still don't like him.

I know who killed Ali and who "A" is. MAWHAAA! 😀

I always always always forget my keys and have to use my spare, or ask my housemate to leave a key out for me. My immediate thought was that they were trying to lead us away from the Ezra idea.
 
I thought the season finale was really, really underwhelming. It had a couple interesting moments, but overall I found it to be pretty meh.

I'm looking everywhere for the link to where I saw it! It was either on new york magazine, wetpaint or tvfanatic. I don't have access to wetpaint from work though since they class it as 'social networking'... Strangely Buffy Boards isn't though...

Anyway, I'll try and find it when I get home.
 
Ok, the finale wasn't as interesting as I thought.. the best moment, the one I was really worked about, was Spencer and Ian in the church.

I was really mad at Ezra for not telling Aria his ex is working there.. she's a teen girl, she reacted like teen girls do. But I hate how their relathionship is a clifhanger now.. I can't wait for that long :O
Anyway, I've read they'll continoue their relathionship in season 2 and that it will be more serious.

I hate how Caleb and Hanna are also a clifhanger, but I'm glad Lucas actually MANED UP and did that for Hanna.

Toby and Spencer are so cute, and I was so scared for her, since she's one of my favs. I kinda thought Toby will come and save her, since he's her safe place.

I really hope Emily won't move to Texas.. or at least that she'll be back in the begining of season 2.

Where did Ian go? I'm really, really curious about that one. It can't be that he's alive.. can it?

So, does anyone know when is season 2 actually starting?

Spencer & Toby I just love them! Hanna & Caleb as well. I am so mad that they
didn't see each other at the end. They better be back together
I find those two couples just to be so natural.

I was worried at the end I am like they are ending it like that? I don't know when it officially comes back because well my DVR cut off.

I don't understand what the big deal about Ezra's
Ex being there is? I mean it is not like he is pursuing her. I mean Spencer just watched a video of her boyfriend being sexually harassed by his stepsister and she didn't throw a fit. If she wants to be considered mature enough to be in a relationship with this older man she needs to be exactly that mature.

Jenna is one weird cookie I don't know how I feel about her anymore.
I was really irritated by Mona this episode you think her being bullied in the past would make her somewhat compassionate but then she shows no signs of it lets face it she doesn't seem to really care for Hanna at all. Then again being bullied by her and her friends in the past could be the reason why she is that way who knows.

Also Melissa
is off as well I am thinking she is helping a lot more than she says she is. The way she is or she is just not all that bright. I can understand Spencer's mom she wants to leave herself in denial but Melissa knows Ian has not always been faithful in the past. So to think he wouldn't have been involved with Ali or denying it is very off.

I am still with Ms. Trick on my opinions of A I just think there is
Two A's Ali has so many enemies.

Can't wait till the show comes back!

Lucas is actually generally a good guy. That's why people like Mona usually walk all over him and call him names. I thought it was so caring that Lucas went to get Caleb like that.

I was disappointed that we didn't get to see Caleb & Hanna reunite and etc.

All I can think is, the person all dressed in black, untied and took Ian out of there before the Police could do anything.

I pretty much agree with what you had to say, Marisa.

I agree with everything you said. I like what you said about Lucas because it is so true.

If you do read them get them all at once. I read 3 a day when I had them.
I was terrified for Spencer the whole time when Ian was coming after her. I was also think, hmmm this is how you show your love? Pretty messed up way, and no wonder they think its you.

If anyone else has read the books, I REALLY hope what happened to Ian does not happen in the TV show.

Right. I'm glad Lucas didn't let Mona taint his personality or anything. I feel Lucas cares a little bit more on making Hanna happy, the RIGHT WAY. Instead of going behind Hanna's back and throwing away Caleb's letter and talking to Caleb on Hanna's phone. I think that's wrong way to go about it. Yeah, I'm hoping to see Lucas more too.

At least they were smart I kept thinking of Sarah in the back of the cop car and the cop not listening in I know what you did last summer then I thought how the heck would they get out of the woods before that gun? That is why I was like oh no it is going to be Spencer she is all alone.
See that A would have to be a male or a very strong female because Ian is no small cookie he would be very hard to lift by one person. That is what I am confused about.

I find it odd that he was coming on to Emily so strong if I was her that would get me thinking but she is so sweet she won't do that. The way he just pops up and is over helpful.

Oh yeah and I forgot to ask to someone who has read the books is Toby in them? Someone said Caleb and I saw the back of the cover and assumed the teacher was Ezra. I just want to get a feel before I read them.

Ah, my Lucas-boy is finally back! It was great that he somehow managed to get over the fact Hanna loves him as a friend and that he went looking for Caleb for her. He really is such a good person! I would totally date such a sweetheart :heart:

No really, her scenes just annoy me. Her relatioship with Ezra really is annoying. Please, do break up!

I wonder how they'll use her new storyline. Will she still have A-messages? Will we see her a lot?

Jeez, Spencer! I was so, so scared for her in the church! I was on the edge of my bed, holding my pillow really tight thinking "Don't die don't die don't die". And the car crash really came out of nowhere! She's been through so much lately! When she was saved and broke down in her friend's arms, I cried with her. And I think Troian's acting is always superb, she really conveys emotions so well! (I also like a lot the way her emotions go through her voice, you don't just see how upset she is, you hear it). I wonder, did she take back her USB key after everything happened? She should show it to the police!

Melissa:
Poor Melissa! In one night, she maybe lost her child and her husband! I never loved her more than that, but that is just so tragic for her! I mean, she'll eventually find out her husband died (?) trying to kill her sister...Which side will she take?

Jenna:
I maintain that Jenna is the girl's victim and they never treated her right or with respect. I still think it. But seeing the tape was just...plain gross. It was highly disturbing. And now that we know what really happened when Ali came to visit her, I wonder...why did Jenna absolutely want to have a speech at Ali's memorial? What was her intention then? I thought maybe Ali opened up to her a bit or something, but in fact, she just didn't.

Toby:
Made me think about the thread about Angel raped. Yes, it does happen to men. Toby could have defended himself (physically stronger), but Jenna had the power. It was just disgusting seeing Jenna undress him saying the parents would easily believe he did force himself on her. I just felt so bad for him from the start! Being called a creep, being victim of incest, being accused of murder, being arrested, having no one to trust, no shoulder to lean on...It's really good he has Spencer now, he really deserves to be happy and loved, and most of all, to be trusted.

Random thoughts:
What is the link between Jenna, Garett and Ian?
Is Ian really the one who taped everyone? If he is, why the hell would Jenna talk to him about the tapes?
What was Noel doing there? Is he part of the mystery after all? Or was he stalking Ian to have better grades in sport? (we never know with that boy)
Ezra leaving the school...If he's A, like I think, he will be less able to watch the girls, right?
I wonder how Ali knew for the tapes.
I'm thinking, maybe Ali has known for the tapes for a very long time and maybe she already knew for Toby and Jenna, and maybe she planned to "save" Toby and that's why she threw the firecrackers? I'm more and more confused about Alison, the girl. First of all we see her like a real bitch, then we see more human sides of her. Then the bitch again, then the sides where she knows much more than the other girls. Did she attract problems or did she spot them and harassed people (Jenna and Ian) because of that? I'm really more and more interested into knowing: Who are you, Alison? What were you up to? I think that nothing that happens with her/because of her happened by coincidence or accident. I think she was always one step ahead.

I still don't think Ian killed Alison. The only thing I'm sure of when it's about him is: He is sooooo creepy 😱 .

Once again, we didn't see Aria's brother at all, he really just appears when he is slightly needed.

That would be the reason why Spencer is the one who has now the more problems (she was kinda Ali's rival). That would be why Ian (possible killer of Alison) was pushed and maybe killed. I can't wait to know more!

Oh and, I almost jumped when I heard Florence and the Machine in the end *.*

See the fact that she isn't a bitch yet chooses to treat people like crap after she was treated like crap before makes me think she is more evil than we know or just desperate. I am leaning more toward the second but there is something wrong with her.

Tell me about it. I agree I am starting to dislike Aria so much and really not care for any of her scenes. I was so excited before when I found out she was in scream 4 now I am like oh no lol. I wish her character would not only be about Ezra.

I don't think Emily is going to be leaving. I think they are trying to trick us :

I thought spencer maybe brought a fake USB to the meeting? I was hoping it was the case as well. I mean I would never bring the real thing. Ian is creepy saw that below and yes Ian is and may always be creepy lol. Troian is a good actress I am thinking her and Ashley are the strongest IMO. Maybe that is why I feel like I connect more to them.

Poor Toby is all I can say Poor Toby. I feel so bad for the boy he seems like he can't catch a break.

I don't think Ian did the

I think your right Ali was so smart she always seems to be one step ahead.

I don't think he killed Ali anymore either I mean I believed it a bit before but not to much because I thought once again he was to obvious. I think Ian knew a lot more than he was letting on but I don't think he killed her. We don't know if A had something on him as well. Ian is guilty of being Creepy lol.

I don't know if A loved Ali to me but then again that would make sense. This person really had to care for her or hate her it seems.
 
This show owns a good portion of my soul. I am also reading the books.

But anyway. Spencer was my favorite for a very long time and now it's a tie between her & Emily, possibly Aria. I love Hanna too but she's just not my favorite.

The latest episode was so intense, I thought I was going to have a heart attack. One thing people are over-looking that I am focused on is after all this went down, how is Melissa and Spencer's relationship going to even function? :/

Melissa is a bitch anyway. Oh well.
