Not me, but Miss Universe has had problems logging in. She puts in her password and it takes her to the 'Thank you for logging in' screen, but then it takes her back to the main page still logged out. And on the Who's Online screen it constantly says she's Logging In. She's tried clearing cookies.

But she was able to log in on my computer, so I was thinking it might be an IE problem, or her computer is just crap. 😛

I've had that problem ever since I made my account on here.
Just exit out of the Internet Explorer and open up a new one.

Tis cool. I managed to log in.. eventually. I followed your advice, Josh. Thanks.

I was scared for a while though! I thought I'd been banned again, lololol.

And, Aly, your sig is amazing!

So it was Internet Explorer's fault? IE is craptastic!

Use Firefox. Or, you know, anything other than IE...

Clear cookies. If you can't log in, clear cookies. If you can't log out, clear cookies. If you can't change style, clear cookies. If you look out the window to see a rain of fire and a plague of locusts, clear the damn cookies!

I cleared them, but the fire and locusts kept on coming!! NOW WHAT?!?!? *has been clearing cookies constantly since she saw them*
Yeah, I tried eating the cookies, but it still didn't work..

I got it to work eventually. I don't even know where the cookies are on my laptop? And how do I clean them?

I wouldn't advise eating digital internet stuff unless your body has a good antivirus program. ^^
It's basically a piece of ID that a website assigns to your particular computer. It allows you to go through pages of the site without having to re-enter your information again and again.

You have no soul. Are you Angel?
All the cool people use Firefox, and I'm not one of them.
Want to know why?
Because my laptop is broken D:

Firefox is horrible, don't use it anyway 😉

Clem Rocks agrees: Spoken like someone who's never given it a chance. D=

Actually I've used it a lot because I used to use dialup and was trying to find any way I could to make things go faster. Also I have to keep it on my computer for when we make changes to the board, because it ALWAYS has problems recognizing some combination of html, php or css. Which is why I don't like it. Plus it makes things look not as polished.

Yeah, have to agree with the IE is better than Firefox argument. I use two browsers because I use this comp for work and so need to keep all my work details well apart from random browsing so I keep Firefox for anyone else that needs to get online. Really wouldn't like to use it on a regular basis though. Just can't get a feel for it at all. Internet Explorer seems to get a lot of complaints but I've used it for most of my career working online and never had a problem with it.
