Problem with logging in

Magui can't log in on BB..She can log on every other site,just not here..When she writes down her username and password and hit log in she's transferred to the same log in page..

Any ideas how she could fix it??

This used to happen to me! I just had to change my browser. Netscape and AOL usually do this!

Make sure she's checking the box that says remember me
