Uber Big Problem with S7.1 Boxset

i bought my buffy season 7 part 1 boxset yesterday. i watched all eps and as i got showtime i discovered something bad. Potentail was on the boxset instead of Showtime. i was uber annoyed so i email 20th century fox and rang them, they took my details and told me they'd let me know what they will be doing. the most annoying part is that showtime is my fave ep from the 1st arat of the season. i was jsut writing to let every1 know. i hope tehy sought this out v. soon! here is the phone number for fox home entertainment, they will ask for ur details hope it helps 020 77538686

Viewing enjoyment is diminished!!!

Yeah im just watching thru the first box set and was slightly confused when on the last episode of tape3 we'd seemed to have missed out on loads of story and well im annoyed now cos i hadnt seen any of season 7 and well now theres not much point i mean how many episodes did it jump ahead by having the wrong episode on there???????????????

Buffy Season 7.1 VHS Boxset
It has been brought to our attention that the latest release of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series on VHS has an incorrect episode on the 3rd cassette of the pack.

Instead of the 11th episode "Showtime" completing the boxset, episode 10 is actually followed by episode 12 "Potential".

When we release the 2nd half of Season 7 on September 8th 2003, we will rectify this error by placing both episodes 11 and 12 at the start of the 1st cassette. In the meantime, however, we will offer all customers the opportunity to exchange the wrongly configured 3rd cassette, for the correct one.

In order to carry out this exchange, the 3rd cassette of Buffy Season 7.1 (not the entire boxset), should be sent to the following freepost address together with full name and address details. The correct replacement will be sent out within 14 days of receipt of the original to the address provided.

My viewing enjoyment is diminished! anyone else? wow i feel kinda disgruntled how could this slip thru?
 
Yeah im kinda over it too since it just skipped an episode but still buffy was just getting warmed up and the flashback previously on buffy bit of episode 12 made that missed episode looked cool 🙁 Anyhow not sure if i can be bothered to post off the tape might just end up waiting for the second box set...
 
Do you guys have the season 7 on DVD? I thoght they can't do that because some countries haven't seen it yet? Thats what I heard...do you know if the season 6 one is out in Aus yet?
 
that also happened to me but im gonna wait till sept 8th to get the next box set. its gnn b weird with 5 eps on the 1st tape
