I haven't read any of the books. I'm curious about something. Are there any others which deal with the whole after Season 7 thing? If so, how do the details of what happens after Season 7 differ from this ones?
Trust me, of the many people that visit this site and understand Buffy, YOU will not enjoy this.Maybe, but there are a multitude of fanfics I can get for free that will tell me similar stuff.
I think it is.Is Queen of the Slayers the only commercial book where writers imagine what they think might happen after Season 7?
And IF it really is as bad as you all are making out, there's definitely no way I could read it. I'd buy it, read the first chapter, then bin it.

A tremendous burst of heat whooshes from the floor, scorching her feet. She heard nothing but a fierce thunder as she lurched forward. Flames erupted and shot along the side of the bus, then spewed from the floor.

Holy crap! That first one is horrendous. Truly, truly dire. Sounds like this author is a Spike fan. Not a bad thing really. But bias crops into your writing and it taints the characters because of it.
