I've just seen some footage of the Swan Hill area of Victoria on the news- brought it home to me a bit more because I spent a couple of weeks based in Sunbury about six years ago and although I never got up quite as far as Swan Hill, I did get to Daylesford and Ballarat. The ironic thing is that at the time they were on water restrictions.
Working for an Australian company, we've been updated as to what's going on there and particularly that staff have been working in teams in their own time to resettle colleagues who've been flooded out. We haven't been asked to help at our end yet, but I'm sure we will if asked.
