I'm really hoping someone can help me out with this one! I haven't read Frank Herberts books (yet) but have seen both the movie and the mini-series. I'm wondering if someone can explain to me what the "WEIRDING WAY" is. Both the movie and mini-series depict it differently and I want to know what it really is (what Frank Herbert intended it to be as described in the books). The movie focuses on Paul and the Fremen using the weirding modules to amplify sounds, whereas the mini-series shows them using a form of concentration on body control to fight and move really really fast (more a special form of fighting).
