Question for Spuffy shippers

I'm not sure where to put this topic but for those of you who like Spike/Buffy did you like the Angel episode "I Will Remember You"?

I liked that episode.. It's not one of my favorites but I liked it.. that's the only time I've liked Bangel.. (And yeah, I'm ashamed to admit it but I am a fan of Spuffy...)

I'm a proud Spuffy fan! Theres no shame, Epo! 😉 I liked the ep, but it seemed a little mushy, but mushy can be good to some extent. It was undoubtedly one of the best Angel episodes, and I agree with Epo, it was the only time I liked Bangel.

I think I'm a Spuffy fan, but for me that doesn't mean that I don't like Bangel at all. For me it's more like this; Bangel and Spffy are two very different releationships which both reflects what Buffy needed and how she was feeling at the time of the relationship. So I'm having a hard time comparing them and saying one is better than the other, they filled so different purposes. Though I (at least for now) think that Spuffy is more interesting.
But I liked I Will Remember You, it's so rarely that we see our dear Buffy and Angel friends happy. Even though it didn't last this time.. either.

The episdoe doesn't really bother me. I've watched it a few times...

I guess that because I am secure in my Spuffy ship, I am not threatened... 🙂

It's a perfectly fine episode, it has some pieces of great acting, and for that, I will watch the episode. To see Sarah cry while playing Buffy is an amazing experience. Plus, that episode was way before Spuffy started.

I'm a huge Spuffy fan and not a great Bangel fan but that episode was just wonderful I loved it!

Aah we are SO on the same page here! This is exactly how I feel about Bangel and Spuffy.

I consider myself a Spuffy fan but I love IWRY, watched it yesterday as a matter of fact. It was really reflective of what was going on in the 'verse at the time, with Angel leaving for LA and the reasons, and how the two of them were feeling. The episode really hit me hard.

I like Spuffy... not as much as I use to, I absalutly hate Bangel... I however liked that ep, it was sweet. Oh, and I like Bangel in 5X5 too, any other time not so much.

I am starting to think my favorite ship is the Spike/Buffy/Angel love triangle... I have no clue why.

I am a Spuffy fan most of the time, but I really disliked the whole forbidden relationship in season six when Buffy said she was 'using him'. It was based purely on sex, and it wasn't what I would call a relationship. I loved their relationship in season seven however. Even though I am a fan of Spuffy, I am also a fan Bangel, and I loved the episode "I Will Remember You". We got to see what would happen between them if Angel was human. It was such a shame that Buffy couldn't remember it though. 🙁

I dislike the episode because of what Angel had done to Buffy.

What has he done to Buffy? You mean the removal of memories of Buffy?
