ummmmmmmmm a couple of weeks ago my mom tried to sign up for an account and it said her e-mail address was banned so she wasn't able to... but she has never used this forum and she loves buffy and she wants to become a member but isn't able to, is there any way to fix that?

Here's another problem. I've seen the words "Spoiler- highlight to view" everywhere. How do I get that to hide my spoilers?
