Like JtVS said, your best bet is probably to get adopted in our "Bad Eggs" forum. That will pair you with another member who can help to teach you how the forums work 🙂. To get adopted, just click on that link and create a new thread (just like you did with this one) and ask to be adopted.
And again, like Joan said you actually created a thread right here to ask questions. Once you have opened a Thread (like the one on this page), other members can respond to what you said with what we call Replies (so again, using your thread as an example: Joan the Vampire Slayer and I have each posted a "reply" to your questions, in the "thread" that you posted).
To leave a reply for someone, just hit the "New Reply" button at the top or bottom left of the page. The button should be right next to the "new thread" button and looks something like this:
. You should then be taken to a new page where you can fill in a blank space with what you want to say, and press "Submit Reply" to post your comment for everyone to see.

If you mean, how to have it put a comment on another person's post that starts with "BuffyBro agrees: ..." then you just click on the icon in a person's post that looks like scales in the upper right hand corner and a pop up will display where you can type your message.
