Anna Nicole Smith 1967-2007

I can't find any link for it, probably because it was just release, but I'm watching it on CNN right now and they say Anna Nicole was found unconscious and unreponsive in hotel room today and she died later after failed attempts by paramedics to resusitate her. She died today,just months after her daughter's birth and her son's death. She was 39.

So chances she killed herself?

I read yesterday on IMDB that she was being forced to take her daughter in for a paternity test. Considering all shes gone through with that, her son etc it wouldnt surprise me.

My mom just told me about this. She had to fill me in on who she was since I'm usually pretty clueless when it comes to pop-culture.
 
I'm going to say it was suicide. After all she's been through, she probably crashed. It's a shame because when she had it together I thought she was amazing. The drugs and the alcohol really did her in, and I think without that she would have been taken much more seriously than she was. Shame. 🙁
 
See, IF she hadn't had the baby recently, Suicide would be my guess, but(unless she is suffering depression from that) I refuse to believe any mother would knowingly do something like that.

Maybe she was killed by dead husbands family over ALL that money palaver.

Its always sad when someone dies, but its not the end of the world. Plus if you have a strong belief in the afterlife(as I do) then its not the end of anything.
 
Well, it's hard to believe that any mother would kill themselves but it happens every day. If you're not functioning properly mentally you could be capable of nearly anything. Like these women that actually kill thier own kids. You never can tell with mental illness. I was surprised to here that she was dead. I think it's sad. In a perfect world she would be alive fighting for her baby. It's really a shame.
 
I was thinking suicide too. You figure, all the stuff she's been dealing with... the money situation with her previous husband, paternity tests for her little girl, being sued by Trim Spa, and her son's death...that's a lot of stress. And not to mention, she could've had some postpartum issues as she just gave birth a couple months ago.
 
Well, see theres some discussion about Howard (her husband) killing her as well. Of course it's completely possible she commited suicide, she did die of cardiac arrest. Too bad they haven't gotten out the autopsy yet. I thought she was a very talented, and gorgeous young woman. If not for the heroine and everything, she would have been my idol. She was amazing.
 
I don't know much about her, but it's always sad when someone that young dies with a family.

1. Son dies days after daughter is born
2. Ex boyfriend tries to boot her out of house that she says was a gift
3. Paternity test ordered by a judge to determine real birth father
4. While in USA to do paternity test she's named in a lawsuit against Trimspa
5. The ongoing court case of dead husband estate
6. Her own mother getting her 15 minutes of fame by slagging her

All of this except #5 happened in what 4 months. Plus she is an admitted drug user and drinker. Suicide or just wanting to get away from life for awhile either way the stress plus the booze and drugs (if involved)...

She lost a lot of weight twice in the last year or two...yo yo dieting...It's possible she suffered some kind of cardiac arrest due to all that stress on her heart. If you add certain kinds of pharmacuticals into the mix, it could have been a terrible miscalculation. For example, if she took some kind of ephedra product that speeds up your metabolism, and she was already having irregular heartbeats from the dieting, she could easily have had some kind of heart attack. Sad...

See, and as much as I knew all that and do think its a possiblity of suicide, ever the conspiracy theorist in me thinks her death benefits alot of people for selfish reasons.

She spent how many hours on a boat in the Bahamas? I think if there was a 'conspiracy' here then a boat accident would have been a lot easier then a Florida hotel room. Besides the fight over the billionaires estate has been going on since 1995. But didn't the stepson who was fighting the hardest die last year too? Hmmmmm this is sorta looking 'hinky'. I think you better stay on top of this BotD. Who know's this could make a good story that leads to a movie...

You see my thinking is exactly the same as you! If I'd had a kid recently I would not be killing myself. I can't comment on how she was thinking after losing her son to drugs but I would want to give my surviving child the best start in life not kill myself!!!

Sarcasm isn't exactly a forte of yours is it Mr T...hehe, Mr T. I could just imagine you driving a big black van and shouting 'I aint gettin in no plane'.
Now, obviously a 'boating accident' would have been easier to do, BUT that would also have been easier to prove as someones underhanded works, BUT anyone with a decent sized cheque book and access to 'specialists' could make some 'OD' and make it look totally legit.
These few people have ALOT of money and resources at their disposal.
There are plenty of people within the group that are affected who have money.

I understand that you can suffer post natal depression, but it just doesn't sit right with me that she would kill herself.

I gotta work my sarcasm writing...I'm much better at it in person with the whole rolling eyes, facial expression thing, lol. Oh am I wearing about 50lbs of gold chains while driving the black van?
ET magazine show tonight showed her last interview where she said she was having dreams about her son being in pergatory and asking her for help. So I think PPD might be a major player in this unfortunate incident.

I'm sorry she's dead, she was quite attractive since she lost that weight, and she was stupid but funny. At least now they know it wasn't drugs, according to some news stories I read today. I find it odd she died amidst all this crap with the paternity tests and such.
