This thread is inspired by the article [MENTION=10438]JCoatsworth[/MENTION] found about whatculture.com's Top 10 episodes! But what are the BB users top ten? Rank them!

It will be interesting to see which are the most popular ones and if there is much differentiation between people's choices!

My Top Ten

Took me ages to figure this out and I love so many, so it was hard! There are other Top ten worthy episodes not in here but at the moment my Top Ten stands as:

#7. Consequences
#8. Prophecy Girl
#9. Fool For Love
= #10. Once More With Feeling / Innocence

I'm seeing Becoming and Graduation Day as a whole, as in Parts I and II as they are meant to be seen together ( I know it's cheating a bit!! 😛)

Im noticing no S7 episodes are in there but I do love them and some of them would be in my Top 20 like Dirty Girls, Lies My Parents Told Me, CWDP!

Honourary mentions must go to Who Are You? And This Year's Girl - love the Faith-centric episodes!!

1. The Gift (While it's not my favorite to watch because of the obvious gravity of it, it is just such a freaking incredible piece of television).

2. Helpless (I think this ep is underrated. Watching Buffy deal, first with the possibility that her powers are gone for good in light of all that she knows and has been able to do about the evil in the world, then as she processes the knowledge that Giles has betrayed her, then watching as she defeats Kralik using brains and courage alone and comes to the understanding that despite his mistakes, Giles loves her as a daughter and can't bear to treat her as any other watcher would treat his slayer. I thought the whole thing was fascinating. Whenever I need to feel inspired, I think about this).

3. Pangs (So much going on, so much character richness)

4. Graduation Day (Epic)

5. Intervention (A showcase of one of the most incredible and improbable character developments--that of a soulless vampire-- that I've ever seen)

6. Once More With Feeling (Classic!)

7. Doppelgangland (This episode is just so much fun)

8. Innocence (The list didn't feel complete without it)

9. Life Serial (Somehow fun while completely depressing)

10.Prophecy Girl (when Joss first showed us where he was going)
