its been a looong time since ive watched Angel... gotta rewatch to rate appropriately...
 
For me a 10/10 would be what I would consider a perfect season but since I have problems, even minor ones and things I would change to make it better (just my opinons), none of the seasons are perfect so no 10/10's on my list.

s2-9/10
s3-9.5/10 Almost a perfect season. I don't like 'Gingerbread' and there's minor things that bug me. Like Willow and Xander.
s4-7/10
s5-6/10 I don't know why, but I just can't get into this season like other people
s6-8/10 The comedy in this season balances out the depression arc for me.
s7-7/10
Angel
s1-6/10
s2-9/10
s3-7/10 I was conflicted with this season because I really like the first half but don't like the second half.
s4-6/10 The overall arc is what drags this season down for me, but there are good elements here.
s5-8.5/10

Might change after I have done my rewatch. Not sure which I find better 6 or 7. They both have flaws, but I also like them more than many on here.

A slow burner for me, but once it got going, boy did it get going!

S1- 7/10 Mainly for nostalgia.
S2- 10/10
S3- 8.8/10 On first few viewings, this rates a 9.3. The more I rewatched it, the more I realized what I disliked about it.
S4- 6.5/10
S5- 8/10
S6- 6/10 Wasn't for me.
S7- 3/10 First few episodes were good.

Angel:
S1- 8.5/10
S2- 9/10
S3- 8.9/10 If it weren't for the Cordy/Angel stuff, this would've probably been rated higher than S2.
S4- 8.3/10 Love this season, but I can't ignore it's flaws. The writing in S1 is better, but this season is more epic. Would be higher without the Jasmine arc.
S5- 8/10 I wasn't fond of the addition of Harmony. While I believe Spike was giving too much camera time, I did like how the inclusion of Spike gave us more flashbacks. The show didn't feel like the same Angel we saw in the previous seasons. Angel himself acted out of character.

Still need to read the comics.
