I just watched Resident Evil: Extinction on TV, the third installment, it was ok, the best thing about it is the fighting sequences with Milla Jovovich, she's so well-suited to play that role, the concept of the film doesn't have that much depth though so I'll give it 6/10

Taken 10/10.Liam Neeson has been on a roll with great movies in the past few years and this is one of them. Going from over-protective dad to total badass in a matter of minutes was glorious. I love his "set of skills" speech to Marko.

Bryan: I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.
Marko: [after a long pause] Good luck.

Cue vengeance dad!

I love Taken some people were like how could that old man do that? I am like hello he is a trained professional.
Avatar. 8/10. Plot's not original but visually it's cool and I like Sigourney Weaver.

Def not original; it's Ferngully in disguise.

Arthur- 7/10
Very funny, but lacking something I can't put my finger on.

Yes i agree I have been saying that since I saw the trailer it is definately ferngully.
An old classic swordplay and justice movie with Stewart Granger and Mel Torme, "Scaramouche," about a man (Granger) who swears to kill the man (Torme) who killed his best friend, and to do it with the killer's preferred weapon, the sword. Only problem is, Granger doesn't know how to fence.

A truly great movie from a time when great movies relied on actors and live action rather than computers and fake sets. Look it up, it's well worth the effort.

Black Swan 7/10 This movie confused the heck out of me! I liked it but yes. I don't even know what happened...lol.
Country Strong 8/10 I did like this movie. The people that like happy endings , kinda get a happy ending.

Scream 10/10
Scream 2 10/10
I love both of them equally except for one thing. They are both excellent though especially for the horror genre.

Watched some over the weekend:
Love and other drugs: 9/10. Super cute.
Burlesque: 6/10. Meh
The tourist: 3/10. who knew a movie with johnny depp could suck?
127 hours: 10/10. This one is intense!

how can you give something a 6 out of 10 yet say it's "meh" meh is 4 or lower. 6 is better than average and meh sounds less than average to me.
Scobro agrees: how can you give something a 6 out of 10 yet say it's "meh" meh is 4 or lower. 6 is better than average and meh sounds less than average to me.

Meh means average. It was alright, but nothing special or memorable. Did I hate it? No, but doubt I'll ever see it again. So it's meh.

Hop.
5/10 Did not like it at all. Plot sucked and the rabbit was just annoying. I only kept watching because James Marsden is hot. 😀

James is a cutie alright.

:S I'm seeing this tomorrow with my brother... of course I didn't have high hopes to start
Avatar - 5/10. wtf was so great about this?!...The most overrated movie ever!

Star Trek - 10/10. Incredible. I loved it! 😀..

Get Him to the Greek- 8/10 I laughed a lot and that doesn't happen often with films.

It's Russell Brand. His very existence/presence in something induces laugher.
"I Am Number Four," co-written by Marti Noxon. I would rate it as about a 7 out of 10 (8 OR 9 if Number 6 had been in it longer) Good movie, sort of a cross between "The Sarah Connor Chronicles," and "Buffy." It ends with the distinct feeling that a sequel or even the lead in to a TV series is planned. (Maybe we could get Eliza or Summer to play a number in the next one)

Scream 4!!! 11/10 It was bloody amazing! The killer was totally unexpected. But you could totally tell the blood was fake. The writes used concepts from all 3 of the first screams to create this movie. It was a master piece.
Still as Sidney Prescott said, you don't f*ck with the orginals.

I'm very jealous that you've seen that, I'll probably wait patiently till it's on DVD :)
Watchmen - 7,5/10. The trailer of this movie made me soooooo excited, and the first 20 minutes or so were great, but then the rest of the movie just didn't deliver. I would have liked to see more fight scenes and a better soundtrack. It was a weird soundtrack, it's not that often I watch a movie and think "why this song?".. Also a little less Dr Manhattan(annoying!) and way more of Matthew Goode, would have been good.

Scream 4 20/10. I am so pleased with how it turned out they made it modern but still kept the things that make the Scream movies stand out. The killer was great the acting was great and I am shocked but I loved Hayden. Everyone was so good and I agree with Seeing Red and Sidney Don't f**k with the originals. It was definitely worth the wait.

Seeing Red
Seeing Red
I REALLY hope they going through with Scream 5.
The Sun Also Rises - I would not have seen the movie if it wasn't for school. We had to compare the book with the movie, the one from 1957. Didn't like it so much. The begining was fast, and the ending was streched. I like the book more. 6/10
