Loathe them

Like others, they wander
Through the streets ; nothing tell
What's running in their minds.
Harmless bags, in their hands?
And they smile to the childs
They cross into the street
What's running in their minds?
How dare they smile that way?

The station, that's the place
Always crowded, overcrowded
And they leave, still smiling
Something change, arms are free.

They come home, kiss their wives
Comfy sit, in armchairs
Watch the news, watch their work
Dead and hurt is the crowd...

How on earth can they live?
How dare they, spoil the earth?
They should die just seeing
The horror of their crimes.

Ok, now for those who doesn't understand, watch at the news, Madrid...
I'd like someone to explain to me how such person can exist?
I mean, hell, KIDS DIED, INNOCENT PERSONS DIED !!!
What their purpose ??
What is that word we're living in?

Nice words Frenchy. I echo your sentiments. I just don't understand how these people's minds work - how can they think it helps gain sympathy to their cause by murdering innocent civilians?

My deepest sympathy goes to the Spanish people - especially those who have suffered such a great loss.

Further news about this atrocity

Its so sad,my sympathies go out to those who suffered..I dont know why some people (Taliban..Terrorists) would want to make people suffer and I cant understand why they want to kill innocent people...its wrong.its terrible. 🙁

I heard about it on the news, but I didn't get a chance to see it. I just know what my teacher told me, that 170 people died at a train station in Spain. Alquida was responsible for the attacks. Anyone know any details? My teacher compared it to 9/11, and I think it's almost the same thing, but just in a different place. It's sad that people can take innocent lives like that. I feel terribly for all the family members who lost someone in that attack.

They donno if it's Alquida (maybe since it happened a 11th day) or if they are nationalist basque (donno if you know who they are, in a few words : they want to become independant, not belong to the Spain, & have their own state).

Hero (and any others of you interested) - I put a link to the BBC news site page for this tragedy in my post above. Here it is again if you missed it...

Apparently the Spanish authorities think that the Basque separatist terrorists ETA are responsible but I believe that their spokesperson has denied it. The attack apparently does not bear the hallmarks of their previous bomb attacks (they usually give some warning of an impending explosion, for example) which has lead the media (certainly in the UK) to speculate that Al Qaeda or one of their allies is responsible.
