There are many movies/shows about this kind of thing. About the question:

If you could refresh your life, meaning start all over again and fix your life... would you? You could do things differently in the second time around. You could avoid bad things. Though, you would have to go through the same path (like deaths, and other things you couldn't control over). Would you refresh your life and start over?

I enjoy my life as it is and don't consider my mistakes as regrets, but if I could flip and do it all again, I would. (As long as I had my current knowledge.)

Stupid keyboard died in the middle of me typing. Anyways, I would see it as an opportunity to live 2 lives almost. With the knowledge of the first life I could do so many things differently that my life would be completely different. Since I'm addicted to change, I would love it. 😀

The problem with "reliving your life while retaining your current knowledge is that, the first time that you change something, your life diverges from the previous path, maybe only slightly, possibly tremendously. The point is, any knowledge of your current life would become invalid the first time that you went to the prom with someone else or bought the blue Mustang instead of the red Camaro. My point is, would I like to undo some of the mistakes that I have made? Avoid hurting the people who I hurt? Gotten into relationships that ended badly? Certainly. At the almost certain cost of my life as I now know it? No. Unlike Giles in the Wishverse, I simply don't believe that "anything has to be better than this."

I wouldn't want to start my life entirely over, but I do wish I could re-do high school with all the knowledge I have now. My life would be so much better.
