Region 2 complete series set

Alright, so I live in the U.S. but I plan to eventually buy a region free Blu Ray player because there are quite a few Region 2 releases that aren't available here that I'd like to buy.

But I was looking on Amazon UK's website and noticed this complete series release of Buffy:

I was wondering if anyone had it, and it's worth getting. Also, is it true that the Buffy region 2 DVDs are in widescreen? I know Joss prefers Buffy in full screen and I actually probably will get the Region 1 complete set as well, but if these DVDs are presented in widescreen I definitely plan on getting it eventually.

I used to have the region 2 set before I bought the Chosen Collection, and yeah they're in widescreen. But there are a lot less extras on the DVDs, that's why I wanted the American set.

Thanks for the reply. Like I said I plan to get the Region 1 AND Region 2. I need both anyway...I'll enjoy seeing it in widescreen, and also the Region 1 for the extras and to make other people watch it. 🙂
