Ok, say you could have made ANYONE from Buffy or Angel a regular, who would it be?
I really liked Nancy from Season 7's 'Beneath You' she was cool.
And of course, the First Slayer, ok that wouldnt fit, but she's like my favourite reccuring character!
And from Angel, it defintely would be Lilah! 😉
 
I really liked Darla whan she was in Buffy, I think she would of made a great addition to the whole "I want to take the world to hell thing" Angel had going on, and for on Angel, I like Kate.

There were a few characters I wanted to see more of.....Larry, Amy, Michael, Cassie but for regulars I would have loved Jonathan and I really liked Amanda.

I like the idea of Parker, Lazy Dolphin, that could have worked really well.
 
Yeah Nancy. That actress really made the best of that little part. I'm definitely on board with that one.

But Parker as a regular, no thank you. In fact...Boooo, hisssss. Mark me down as President, secretary, and treasurer of the "We hate Parker" club.

What about Holden, the Psych 101 vamp from CWDP? I know the actor is on Angel this season, but I thought Holden was an interesting character.

Or hey, what about characters not necessarily regulars, but recurring. For that I would choose. Sweet from OMWF or the return of the Buffybot.

In fact... you know how they're saying SMG is coming to Angel for sweeps. Wouldn't it be a great Whedonesque surprise if Sarah came to LA as the Buffybot.
 
I would have liked Faith to have had more of a role in season four and maybe season five but i guess she's been in the show a bit anyhow. other than that I thought the character of Cassie in Season 7 was a pretty good one with potentional
 
Lindsey McDonald would be a great regular on Angel. Also Darla with a soul would be good too.
 
Jonothan deserves it the most, would've been great to see him as one of the scoobs. But I really thought that Andrew should have been added as a regular midway through season 7, he pretty much became the comedy relief for the season (along with Anya of course)
 
I really wanted them to make Larry a regular. Him and Xander's conversations were so funny!!!
 
I also thought Parker would've made a great regular, as Buffy's non-supernatural nemesis. Kind of like a male Cordelia.

Lazy Dolphin....what are you saying??? Parker was terrible!!!

I would have prefered Jonathan to stay on 'Buffy' and Lilah for 'Angel'.
 
This conversation brings me to an interesting point, Tara was never a regular on the show. She was never on the opening credits. Kinda weird. So yeah, I think Tara should've been a regular. (although she pretty much was, would have been cool to see her on the credits though)
 
Zand - Do you mean Parker the character was a terrible person (can't disagree with that, although I think people tend to severely over-react to him) or that he was a terrible (i.e. uninteresting or poorly acted) character.

As a human who was a jerk but not actually evil, I think he'd be fun to have around. In fact, he could be hilarious. The ultimate mysogynist alpha male type would be a riot on such a feminist show. Eventually, of course, he'd have to be turned into a vamp by Harmony.

His character!!! plus the acting wasn't top of the line but I don't care too much bout that.
