Remember The Alamo

Humor an old man and his quirks. March 5, 2017 marks the 181st anniversary of the final battle at the Alamo, resulting in the deaths of about 2oo men, including legendary Davy Crockett, Jim Bowie, Will Travis, and James B Bonham.

What does that have to do with the Buffyverse, you might ask yourself. Not much, except that the character of Bonham was played by Mark Blucas (Riley) in the 2004 movie, "The Alamo."

That's a good enough excuse for me to post this commemoration to one of my favorite events in American history.

And, please, no jokes about Americans defending walls against Mexicans.

Yep it is much better to remember the American's killing the Mexicans than it is to remember them killing the Indians.
