If a banned members returns to the board under a new account, it is the responsibility of any members who know about the deception to report it to a moderator or admin.

Also, just to kind of remind people... there are valid reasons why someone gets banned from Buffy Boards. Just because the members may not be aware of everything that goes on behind the scenes to know why someone is banned does not mean that they did nothing wrong and should be able to come back. I guarantee you, no matter what you may think, that everyone who has been banned from this board was banned because they needed to be.

If you know someone is using an account here when they've previously been banned and don't report it and we find out, you could be banned for covering it up. And by you, I mean everyone, as in the collective 'you'.

It's a good rule. I know of two banned members, and they were trouble. And it doesn't take much to ruin a great board.
