I was wondering if anyone else has heard about this movie. Unfortunately it will only be released in four cities in the U.S. before it hits DVD next year (the movie will open in Nov of this year). I usually don't have a thing for musicals, but this movie looks really cool (not to mention weird).

Anthony Head and Paris Hilton are both in it.

Here's the summary:

An epidemic of organ failures devastates the planet. Panic erupts and scientists feverishly make plans for a massive organ harvest. Out of the tragedy, GeneCo, a multi-billion dollar biotech company, emerges. GeneCo provides organ transplantation for a profit. In addition to financing options, GeneCo reserves the right to implement default remedies, including repossession. For those who can't keep up with their organ payments, collection is the responsibility of "organ repo men", skilled assassins contracted by GeneCo, ordered to recover GeneCo's property by any means necessary.

So, there is singing the whole way through? Like a musical? It looks totally weird, but funny.
 
Yeah, I think characters break into song pretty much the whole way through...it looks like it's both creepy and funny though.
 
Ok, so Anthony Head and Paris Hilton are starring in it singing/acting?? THIS SOUNDS AMAZING.
 
I am totally thrilled about this movie.

Fortunately, I also live in one of the 4 cities in which it will be shown. The theater next to my work already has a poster up.

I was supposed to be in L.A. when it came out but then my friend who lives there and I had a little fight so that's out the window. :/ I hope it does good in those cities so maybe Lionsgate will expand it.
 
I heard about this a little while ago and nearly exploded THEN when I saw a trailer with Sarah Brightman, Anthony Head AND Paris Hilton singing together I swear I got so excited I thought for a moment I was in heaven.

I am looking forward to this and will be buying the sound track.

This will hopefully be the noughties Rocky Horror.

Ohh fingers crossed that IF they MUST remake Rocky Horror, they see how magnificent Head is and cast him in rather than the obnoxious Russell Brand who is currently being touted:s

The director is flying a 7 citytour himself so that might pitch up near you.
 
I was really looking forward to this! It looks like a interesting plot and its not the usual flower's and singing hills kind of musical 😀. Any ideas if its being shown in cinemas around the UK?
 
I got it on DVD yesterday.

It's great thankfully Paris barely sings in the movie.
 
He was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good in it.... i was like Bitch Slap the kid! Man i know he can sing, but you really really get into his emotions and then killing.


I was grr about Paris replacing Shawnee Smith (since Shawnee is in a rock band Fy Dolla Ho and Amanda from the Saw series, and was in the short of this before it got made into a feature) but Paris is great and is great at poking fun at herself.

I loved it. It was amazing. I went around with "Mark It Up" stuck in my head for weeks.

Crap. Now it's stuck in my head again.
