As some of you know, i'm in my honours year of a law degree. And as part of that I have to do a dissertation (thesis) which contributes towards my final grade. I chose to do mine on the case of A & M Records v Napster Inc, and look at the copyright laws and the issue of musical downloading.
To help me with this i'm issuing a questionnaire (not to long and not too detailed) to get some statistics to analyse. So for that I need your help.
I should point out that the questionnaire is anonymous, and will be done via pm or email, which ever you prefer, and I will not ask for your real name, address or any other personal information. The most personal it gets is asking your age.
It is purely for academic research so no one but myself will actually see the information you give, they will only see charts of results, and my information will be destroyed once I have my final grade. So basically you will not get into any trouble at all by taking part. The questionnaire is aimed and obtaining information about how often music is downloaded and the quantities, I will not confuse you with any legal jargon.
So what do you need to do. Simply post below saying that you would like to take part and whether you'd like it via PM or email and I will send you the questionniare, simple as that. It should take about 5 minutes max.
Please only post if you are interested in taking part. Also i'm going to be posting this on the other sites so you need only take part the once.
