There are many Draculas (and Lee's in one of my fav's) but only one Man With The Golden Gun. 🙂
Besides James Bond never fought Dracula- as far as I know.

Both The Saint and The Persuaders was among those "cool" series that I remember loving back in the day when all we got here was two channels of government controlled television.

My first James Bond experience was also with Roger Moore.
So he is a big part of my "good old days".

I actually thought he was older than 89.

I actually preferred him in The Saint & The Persuaders to his time as Bond (That's not to say I didn't like him as Bond...I just preferred Connery).

I would have guessed he was older than 89 as well....it seems so long since I've seen him in anything new.....

He always seemed like a total gent, and a very funny down to earth guy. RIP Roger Moore.

The thing that I always remember about Roger Moore is his role as Simon Templar, "The Saint." It was the first time that I ever saw one of the greatest loves of my life, the white P1800 Volvo. I loved that car so much that it was the model and color that I bought right after returning home from the Navy. That car was the first "White Avenger"

RIP Mr Moore.

He wasn't my favourite Bond, but he had a definite charm. I have seen The Persuaders and they were great, he and Tony Curtis make one hell of a double act.

Sadly I've never seen his Bond movies. I know Roger Moore from SpiceWorld. But obviously he has done a lot and is a well respected British actor. RIP.
