Hi there. I am actually a returnee but it has been years since I was on here. I couldn't remember my username or even the original email but I wanted to be honest. Anyway, I thought I would return and hopefully get a fresh start after a bad few years away.

Oh, I see the problem. The system here must require your username AND email address to retrieve/reset a password. I hate that, but no biggie, you're here and it fits to have a new account for such a new start.

That account doesn't fit with her claim that she's been absent for years, as that account's last login is recorded as being last July. The name is just an interesting coincidence.

I just found my old account. https://buffy-boards.com/members/starlight.11657/ The email is most likely not active anymore. Doubt I could even remember the old password. That is how long it has been. Dang! Its been three years!

As she had already stated this in the post above yours I'm not sure why you felt it necessary to repeat the same message...

It is not the same message, the way she had worded herself came across to me as unsure and she didn't mention the last login date factor which I'd pointed out in attempt to clarify it for her. My apologizes for trying to help.
