This list was very out of date and quite a few banner makers listed haven't been around for some time, plus some of the links are no longer valid either.
For now everyone has been removed from it in order for me to compile a new list that will be up to date for the members.
If you wish to be a banner maker then please PM elmo with a link to a sample of your work.
Before contacting her please think about whether you will be around enough to fulfill any requests that you may get, as it is unfair to keep members waiting for long periods of time.😉
