Riddle me thiss....riddle me that...

OMG that is bad, i spent 10 minutes looking at a website on spices to find one that might imply its the best. thats not a riddle.

A riddle is something like
A man walks up to you and says - "everything I say to you is a lie."
Is he telling you the truth or is he lying?
