Rm w/a Vu...

I had some serious Deja Vu while watching this episode. I remember seeing it many times when Angel first was on air back in 99. I really like this episode 😀

Phantom Dennis was such a sweetie pie. One of my favorite scenes involving him was in Five by Five when he was trying to keep Cordy and Wesley out of the apartment because Faith was there. <3

The flashback where his mother is walling him up kinda freaked me out. It was sufficiently shocking.

This is one of my fav eps as well. Who doesn't love Cordelia snapping on the ghost?! LOL, it's actually pretty creepy in parts as well. Love this ep!!!

That part freaked me out too - its such a horrible idea that she could listen to him screaming and keep putting in those bricks.. But she got what was coming to her in the end!

This is definitely one of my favourite episodes. Its a great take on the age old theme of ghosts - i just love the moment where the face comes out of the wall. Just the right amounts of creepy, funny and entertaining 🙂

I have to agree with those saying this episode got them to start loving Cordy more. She was funny in Buffy, but this episode was really hilarious. Too bad Dennis never appeared again once she moved out =(

i love this episode and cordy is hilarious, tho when i first saw this episode i was like 9 and when dennis's mum is bricking him into the wall, it scared me lol, how sad x

I think it's a decent episode, it just bothers me that the message they seem to send is that being a (quoth Xander) mean-spirited superficial princess is somehow empowering. What happened to Cordy growing as a person? Her strength as a person is being a bitch? This episode just made me dislike Cordy even more.

I never cared much for her "Cry-Buffy" line

yes, the Cry Buffy line was so stupid. Buffy was whiny??sniveling?? Cordelia has no idea what she's talking about..how she dare say it? She could live a million years and never come close to what Buffy is.
I saw Jane Espenson somewhere - is it on a DVD special feature? - talking about how people who create characters get paid every time that character is re-used. But Jane, and this is the only AtS episode she wrote, created the Phantom Dennis, but Dennis doesn't really count as a character, since he says nothing and has no actor playing his roles, so she never got any money 🙁 Sad, he's a great character.

I like this episode. It was really nice to see how Cordy is much deeper then we see her, and how she has problems, that we don't even think off. But she has some serious Buffy issues.. why's that? :/
