Rob Cohen's involvement?

The link to the Show Discussion board says "from the director of the fast and the furious"

I don't see any indications that he (Rob Cohen) is involved. I was a little scared there for a minute! I'm not a huge fan of his style of filmmaking.

Was he involved in the early stages, but backed out?

Rob Cohen was the original executive producer/creator of the show. He left out in January or February. He was going to direct the pilot and was replaced with Philip Noyce.

Rob may still may get a credit on Tru Calling since he was involved in the original script for the pilot, but he's no longer involved in producing Tru Calling.

I think Noyce will do a much better job. His directing sensibilities are much better suited for a television drama than Cohen's are.
